We came for a week during spring break. This unit (Marisol 210) is beautifully furnished and decorated, spacious, and comfortable. The view from the room and the location on the beach is excellent. It has wifi, although not specifically listed in the amenities. The living room, dining area, and kitchen are large and convenient. The only unfortunate thing about the unit is that although there are two balconies, we were not really able to enjoy them because of the insects. I had previously read some complaints about insects on balconies and did not take them seriously until we experienced a large number of flying insects swarm into the unit one evening when we opened the sliding door very briefly to go out on the balcony. Also it seemed that every other day a bunch of dead flying insects would appear on the balconies. I don't know if this was seasonal, but it did cause us to stop using the balconies during our stay. I don't know if they were biting insects; we did not actually get bitten while on the beach.
Regarding the location, we spent the week with extended family and were expecting to relax, hang out, and cook a lot, so the unit and location suited us fine. For people looking for more activity, restaurants, or night life, this area may be too out of the way. One thing nearby that we enjoyed was biking into the Back Bay wildlife refuge, which was very peaceful.
We drove to Busch Gardens one day and experienced serious traffic, crowds, and lines at the entrance, but the lines for rides were not that bad (make sure you buy tickets ahead of time). The aquarium was nice, but was also very crowded the one rainy day we (and everyone else) choose to go there.
The bottom line is that we enjoyed our stay here and thought it was worth the off peak prices, but I'm not sure whether we would come during peak season when the prices are much higher.
