“Wonderful Hotel - Poor Customer Service”

This is a great hotel. The only problem we had was the service. The ladies at the desk were always hiding behind the wall or in the office. The attitudes were horrible. This might have been Mitchell...suite

Mitchell SD is in my opinion the most boring place on earth. Expensive during the summer because of a "Corn Palace" and even higher when the bikers going to Sturgis roll thorugh. Ripping people off...suite
