Zaldierna is a very nice village, it's also not allowed (except for locals) to park there. The owner allowed us to drive to the house in order to unload/load our luggage.
The apartments are well furnished and have everything needed for life.
Except one important thing: good heating and heat insulation. There is a pellet-burning heater in the center of the room that actually heats mostly in front of it (sleeping area). On the rear side (living area) air remains cool, additionally there is also strong air blow through badly insulated door.
Somehow this heating cannot work continuously and sometimes switches off. Theoretically it can be ignited again with only one button press, but it did not work for us. We woke up at 3:00 in the night because of cold, could not switch the heater on and I had to go to the owner to ask him to help me. He spent some 20 minutes igniting the heater, there was some sort of fire and smoke show, finally we've got it working. Still, there was only... Plus
