First off Llangranog is lovely (especially once the school holidays are over), but we knew that anyway. Brig-Y-Don is nice and clean and well presented and in a good location above much of the bustle in the village.
However, it is passed constantly by walkers on the coast path (which runs up the road just outside) so you will not have much privacy at busy times.
The downstairs main window looks out onto the side of a garage, the bins and a partial view of the opposite hillside. Upstairs things are better, but you would have to press up against the window to see the sea.
Whilst the property contains 2 double beds (ie can sleep 4), there are only 3 comfy chairs downstairs and only 2 proper dining chairs. Also the beds virtually fill both bedrooms, with access around them being limited in the back room and very difficult in the front. Really the property is comfortable for 2 with one or two agile children - 4 adults would be a squeeze. The bathroom is a... Plus
