This was the first time we have booked a resort through II so were not too sure quite what we would find. The accommodation was stated to have limited kitchen facility which I understood to mean no oven. When we arrived we found this also meant no toaster, no microwave and no kettle! When we are away on vacation we usually eat in most nights so on this occasion we had to be quite inventive with choice of meals.
However, this was not our main gripe. It was the size of the accommodation that reduced my wife to tears when we first arrived. Unit 109 is described as a one-bed apartment that sleeps 4 with a pullout sofabed in the living area and a full size bed in the bedroom. Both statements are correct but there were only inches to spare around the full size bed and if the pullout bed was opened there would not have been any room left in the living area at all. The total floor area for kitchen/living area, bedroom and bathroom amounted to only 45 sq m.
