My husband and I spent a week at 5 Sunnyhill Mews as we wanted a base from which to explore the surrounding area, with a view to moving here. This area, known as the Warberrys, is a very old established part of Torquay, full of fabulous Victorian mansions, often divided up into high-end apartments. Sunnyhill Mews is situated in one of these developments.
The cottage itself has only one downstairs living room which was fine for a couple, but might be a bit cramped for a family. That said, it was very comfortable and provided with TV, DVD and CD player, with a selection of books and board games. Plenty of power points and very good Wi-fi.
The kitchen was exceptionally well-equipped, I even found a juicer in the cupboard! There was a little hotel pack of teabags coffee and sugar, by the kettle, very useful. The utility room and second loo was a welcome addition.
The bedrooms were clean and comfortable, with adequate wardrobe space in both. The bed in the smaller room was... Plus
