The building is a former mill split into flats, there are quite a lot 16+. We were in one with 4 bedrooms, one of the bedrooms had no natural light and 2 only had skylights (without blinds). While we were there one bathroom door broke as did the toilet seat. The living area is cramped and dark, the furniture is too big and there is not enough (only 5 people can eat at once) and only 4 watch tv. There are no facilities to wash your clothes or dry them, it is also hard to dry towels as the bathrooms are too small for towel rails and there are no hooks in the bedrooms.
On the positive side the grounds are lovely. Plus
