Jean was great. He communicated quickly and thoroughly, and gave us really great tips for when we got in. We stayed in his Paris flat for 4 weeks and found the it perfect for daily life.
The flat is perfectly located, with a laundromat across the street, a supermarket around the corner, three bakeries within two blocks, and a small newspaper and office supply a block and a half away. Next door to the supermarket is also a quaint French Bistro, "Bistrot D'Eustache," where the service was very good and the food was delicious. I almost hate to rate this flat so highly because I would want to stay again and not have competition for it.
Seriously, the flat is very comfortable and although it doesn't have A/C (as most flats in France don't), keeping two windows open creates a great cross-breeze and you don't get hot.
Overall, it was a great experience and would recommend any of Jean's flats. He is truthful in his pictures and communication and you won't... Plus
