My family and I chose this accommodation based on its location, as it provided enough beds for my wife and I and allowed our young kids to each have their own bed, and was within a few minutes walk of family we were visiting in Dusseldorf.
This is a spartan apartment in terms of its furnishings. Think of hand-me-down furniture from your first place after college. The kitchen did not have a full set of glasses, rather a few mismatched vessels of various shapes, colors and sizes.
None of the bedroom photos associated with this listing were actually from our apartment (#21), but likely from other, similar (but nicer-furnished) flats in the same building.
There is no air-conditioning, probably not an issue most of the time but it happened to be 90+F (32C) the weekend we were there, and fairly warm in bed at night.
