I stayed here with 2 young kids and my parents in law, who are in their 60s/70s. We needed a place with 2 bathrooms and some outside space, which this apartment had. However, I would say that it is more appropriate for young people/ a group of friends/ parents with older kids, than our mixed group.
PROS: lovely sitting room and terrace, great location near Sagrada Familia, fantastic chicken shop next door - no need to eat anywhere else! Lovely old building with cool lift. Pretty well equipped. Good wifi.
CONS: Of the three bedrooms, only one is really a proper bedroom. One is very small and dark (but this is typical in this sort of apartment block, most apartments have one bedroom with no window), and one is on the mezzanine and is kind of open to the rest of the flat. There is a glass panel in the floor in the bedroom so you can see and be seen downstairs, and the shower is also on a sheet of glass over the kitchen! This is pretty cool in some ways - it depends what kind... Plus
