The property itself and the location is excellent, a short walk to beach, near to a dog friendly pub (although pub only serves lunch not dinner) and with plenty of takeaways and shops nearby.
Downside is it's not very well kitted out for the number of people it takes. Kitchen table has four chairs only so if you want to eat together have to sit in the freezing cold conservatory which also leaks in places when it rains. Likewise there is a single chair and a three seater sofa in lounge so any more than four in your party and you have to sit on the floor or a dining chair.
The bunk bed arrangement in third bedroom is not good. Top bunk bed has no guard rail either side so not really safe to use. We had to put both our kids in the small double bed on the bottom which is futon style and not that comfy.
The bed linen was fairly pricey at £10 a head for the weekend, especially as we only received 4 sets rather than the 6 booked and needed to call the company... Plus
