Comfortable and Convenient Turin Apartment
We stayed in this small but comfortable one bedroom apartment for one week in the month of July, and found it comfortable and convenient. Turin is a fascinating city, rich in the history of southern Europe, and a stimulating mix of the old and the new.
The apartment is to the west of the historical city center, but the tram and bus routes run right in front of the building so access is easy to anywhere in town. (Hint 1: use your mobile phone to connect to the local transportation web site and get arrival times and route information on-line. Hint 2: buy the week ticket and travel the city economically.) City center is only a 10-15 tram ride, and the fabulous auto museum is about the same in the other direction.
In the area of the apartment is a nice cafe, a convenient grocery store, and a very affordable and good pizzeria.
The apartment itself is in an older building and on the 4th floor, but a self-service... Plus
