We booked this last minute, and found Paul and Wendy very accomodating with my late request.
Its tucked away in a small village called Lindale, very quiet, two pubs and narrow windy streets. The cottage itself is built into the side of a cliff so it sheltered from what can be a blustery region.
The neighbours and locals are very very friendly and don't hesitate to offer advise. The lady next door kindly said we could park one of our cars on her drive as her car didn't have a good enough clutch to get up it!
The cottage is lovely, the kitchen is well equipped and quite large, with a dinner table in it, though take your slippers as the floor can get cold.
The lounge has a big wood burning stove in it, and comfy sofas with TV.
The bathroom is very spacious, and has a nice shower and a jacuzzi bath. Its a good sized bathroom. The master bedroom has the softest mattress I've ever slept on, and the four poster bed is, frankly magnificent. I was...
