The senior management team at Windspree that manages the property
and makes the reservations were absolutely AWFUL and ruined the experience. These people have no concept of what customer service is
and should be removed from interacting with customers. This is the second time I rented from Windspree and both times received the same poor attitude.
From the first phone call to check on availability, Kay was rude and snippy. I felt as if my inquiry to make reservations
had inconvenienced her and was evident in her tone, snippy remarks, and overall unresponsiveness. After making the reservations, the bad experience
continues. Rude toned messages were left on my phone requesting my exact arrival on the island so they can guide us to the property and "don't have to
wait around all day as their staff has better things to do then to wait around for our arrival". Once my wife and I arrived, I contacted Kay and she said
