Although the host family were lovely and the accommodation clean and comfortable, we felt like we were in a goldfish bowl, with properties on all sides overlooking this rear-section bungalow, which gave us a sense of very little privacy unless all the blinds and curtains were drawn.
Access to the bungalow was impeded by two pool gates and a walk past the pool, which had to be negotiated each time. Not suitable for families with young children for this reason.
In the kitchen the freezer seal needed replacing.
We did however appreciate the hearty breakfast selection, the pantry stocked with essentials, and the fact that the host also generously supplied us with a welcome bottle of wine and bowl full of seasonal fruit.
For guests attending an event at the Mission Estate Winery it would be an ideal location, as it is within a 5-10 minute walk just across the road. Plus
