We stayed two nights with boys ages 10 and 12 and they enjoyed playing at the tennis court and playing with Lucile and Hershey the owners two dogs. The room had a queen size bed but wasn't that comfortable and the kids slept on a air mattress. The kitchen table had a fruit basket and some delicious cookies. The fridge had some bagels, cheese, milk, half a dozen eggs, turkey slices, and yogurts (only three?). The night before the last day we had asked for some eggs because we had eaten everything except for the milk and only 5 were provided but we did get more cookies. we had some of the breakfast food for lunch because we didn't bring food for lunch. Phil did give us excellent advice on eatery's we had a early dinner at the "Rooster Creak Tavern" great kids meals for under 6 dollars and adults meals for under 15 dollars.
We booked the place thinking the pool would be a great way to relax but the pool was too cold. We did make the best of the pool by relaxing on... Plus
