The Royal Stay Group apartment (305) in Minsk proved to be average quality and definitely overpriced for what it has to offer. The kitchen is poorly equipped (there is not even a non stick pan to fry eggs!), the furniture is old, WI-FI is unreliable and the common areas of the building are in awful conditions (e.g. no lights at night).
Although the tone of the emails exchanged with Royal Stay Group representatives before the arrival and payment was kind once we were in Minsk we were treated in a totally inadequate way, considering basic western/European standards (which we expected as advanced payment was demanded in Euros only).
Beside the unkind and rude manners displayed in person by the Royal Stay Group representative even the simplest request of an electrical radiator was refused during our stay despite the winter cold temperature in Minsk and the fact the the heating in the building was centralized and temperature could not be changed.
