Attracted by jungle view and the bamboo house architecture, we moved into Green Village after we stayed in Nusa Dua for a week. The villa we chose was a panoramic villa with three bedrooms and rain forrest view on a private property with a small pool embedded into the garden. What a great decision. Arrived on Saturday afternoon, the journey from Nusa Dua was 2 hours into the mainland of Ubud. But it was worth the journey. The moment you arrived, you feel like the whole place is just waiting to welcome and nurture your tired soul.
The forest and the sound of the Anak Ayung river, calm the mind. This is a perfect place to run away and hide from the harsh hustle and bustle of an ordinary demanding life. We felt immediately at ease with our surrounding, almost like coming home to the nature itself. We stayed 7nights (too short) very private and excellent for skinny dipping.
