Access from the main road is a bit hard if you are not familiar with the area. There is no visible sign and the main entrance is quite narrow. Parking is limited as it is a condo ( law requires to accommodate 40% of total rooms builted ).
Building, rooms, and furnitures are new. The staffs are quite friendly ( from the guards to juristic personels ) but not much help in terms of service or answering questions. Very good atmosphere.
Kitchen area is small and utensils are limited ( even for four persons in 2 bedrooms ). Bedrooms and showers are ok. Swimming pool is a bit of a let-down ( we thought it would be bigger ) but the beach is great. Too bad we were there during jellyfish season.
You also have to watch out for minor details while you stay as it is a condo and not a hotel. So lock your car's door. Don't hang anything from balcony rail. And there are no food and drinks or towel service at the pool. Plus
