My husband, two year old daughter, and I recently stayed in Beach Club #331. It's a nice property - the photos shown on the site are very accurate. The master bathroom has been partially updated; the kitchen, while not updated, is very well maintained, well-stocked with pots, pans, utensils, etc., and was perfect for the light cooking we did for breakfast and lunch. The master bed is VERY comfortable, but the one negative for the condo is that the twin bed mattresses are not comfortable at all. It didn't bother our two year old (she's used to a crib mattress), but it may bother others. The view from the side balcony is great, but know that the balcony is on the side of the building, so the balcony actually faces another property. You can still see the ocean, of course, so this was fine for us.
