This is a small, but comfortable 'cottage' on the edge of Exmoor. The owner is friendly, the place is quiet and there are some great walks to be done from the doorstep. Handy if you are going to an event like Spring Harvest in Butlins, too!
A couple of things to note would be that you get charged at the end of the week for electricity. Our bill for the week for power came to £35, but it was cold so we had the heating on quite a lot. Also you don't get provided with any towels - including tea towels - which was written in the documentation we were sent but we totally forgot! Ooops!
Overall, a great place to stay if you like walking or cycling, enjoy getting away to a really quiet spot in the countryside and want a bit of peace and quiet, or are heading to Butlins for an event but don't want to stay on site. Plus
