Stayed in this unit with my family (wife + 3 children) for 2 weeks Christmas 2013. We have traveled to all the Islands but keep coming back to the N. Shore Kauai. We found this unit very nicely furnished with hawaiian themed furniture, art, etc.. Very modern. Very comfortable and very quiet. On the back/side Princeville entrance so it's quick in and out,
but that gate closes at 10pm I believe, so there is no traffic.
While some locations where we've rented in the past was overrun with those pesky roosters (no longer a charming Kauai thing, but a nuisance in my opinion ), go figure but there were none during our 2 week stay around this property. You don't need A/C on the N. Shore and actually we turned off the ceiling fans in the evenings and had to use covers/blankets most nights.
The pool/hot tub was well maintained and we used the common gas grill many evenings (but with only 1 grill there was on 1 occasion a wait for availability).
The small deck... Plus
