We stayed in Mas Anglada during 12 days in August 2013.
The property´s surroundings are nice, the garden is beautifully maintained and the pool is very enjoyable. The house, a "Spanish Masia", is rather uncomfortable, the old architecture does not lend itself well to a cozy stay. The bedrooms felt tight, most without A C and with old mattresses and hard pillows, in general very small beds.On the positive side, bathrooms were recently refurbished.
My general sense is that our stay in Mas Anglada, albeit satisfactory, was not worth the high price. The standards of the property, the service(not the chef that we had to pay extra) and the lack of small details (no kleenex) is not what we expected having paid what we did.
We also need to mention the harsh way that we were treated by the owners of the property when asking for certain extras, again definitely not what anyone expects in respective of the price
