The house on the edge of the hill
The house is remote, down a very windy bendy small road. You need to be a confidant driver and maybe upgrade your hire car to something with a bit of power, we were grateful we had, especially as our satnav made some interesting choices in terms of 'road' (across the top of a wall being our funniest drive, it started as a road and got smaller and smaller!)
The road to the house itself is a dirt track, washed away a lot by the erratic summer rains, we approached from the top, not sure it's possible from the bottom.
On arrival Blanca was here with the key, the house is wonderful and the view are amazing, big windows in the living area and top bedroom with views to all sides.
There are two terraces, one at the front and one at the back with the BBQ.
The pool is the next level down and has the best view over the vines to the valley.
There is one neighbour but the house is below the house on the terrace so you are not... Plus
