We rented the cottage for 4 nights in September, as a couple. It is an old stone house that was gutted completely and now has all modern conveniences and comforts. The house is exactly as represented in the photos - large living space with huge windows and spectacular view down the valley, small but completely functional and effective kitchen, two bedrooms and two baths. The only thing to know is that the back bedroom has a window that faces a wall and is dark, and that bathroom shower only has handheld sprayer.
The house is well stocked (coffee pods, some basic spices, all basic cooking utensils, etc). The beds are new Ikea tempurpedic and quite comfortable. The owners live next door and are super helpful and accommodating. The wifi isn't that strong in the house, we found we needed to sit near the windows in the kitchen to pick it up. Slightly stronger antenna on the laptop performed much better than our tablets.
The real reason to come here is the spectacular... Plus
