This cottage is actually on the outskirts of Spanish point and can be difficult to find if coming from a different route to the recommended one.
The greeting / key hand over was friendly if rather inadequate. There were no instruction manuals for the appliances and no leaflets for places of interest and local attractions.
The main road runs past the cottage. There is no pavement and certainly the pub is an expensive hotel and the shop is a garage shop - neither within an easy walk for families or those less mobile.
The cottage was clean but was cluttered by the owners possessions. The kitchen diner was spacious and well equipped Sadly the BBQ was unusable and the garden furniture was dirty and the table was broken. The garden itself is lovely and could be so much better with decent furniture.
