I had dealt with the owner of the villa, Gavin, before having to contact the manager, David, with time of when we would be arriving in Koh Samui. When I talked to David about pick up time, as it was already discussed that pick up to and from the villa on arrival and departure days were to be included for 8 of us staying at the villa. David, then tells us to take a taxi to the Tesco Lotus in Chaweng and he will pick us up there. As we were travelling in a group, this was absolutely absurd and wasted a lot of our time. We were left sitting at the Tesco Lotus for an hour. The villa came with nothing. No coffee, no soap in the bathrooms, not enough towels, etc so that was not mentioned before arriving and more time wasted buying products that we needed. We contacted David regularly by text, since we had no telephone to contact him with. Also there is no Wi-fi which was a huge pain. Maid service was never there and was supposed to come by daily as well as the pool guy never showed up after...
