Just the greatest boat trip ever, and I’ve done a few! Lovely people and 4 lovely dogs. Beautiful relaxed boat, guided tour of statues. Fabulous lunch, best I’ve had on a tour boat. Faultless

Great crew, cute dogs nice boat. Captain not a good guide to underwater sculptures. Spent most time underwater, couldn’t hear him talking and rushed the tour. Most people went back to boat early. I’ve done the trip before with another company. Less money and better water guides.

We are sorry your experience wasn't as expected...but are you hearing yourself? Captain Derek knows the sculpture park inside out, is a dive instructor, lifeguard and rescue diver with decades of experience, and paperwork to back it up. WE have created picture books of the sculptures with views from the surface and from the bottom and background stories to each and every sculpture, for you to browse through before you enter the park. This gives you and the other passengers the advantage to fully concentrate on what you came for, the underwater sculptures! Our guides have no desire to rush the tour at all, they have nowhere to be, but on your tour, Wednesday 15th, 10 out of 14 guests have left the group and returned to the boat early because they were tired. If you were one of the remaining 4 and stayed with the guide, you have received the entire tour which can be easily done in 20 minutes with no rush and we never leave under 40minutes, today it was 1hour 15 minutes. If this is not enough time for you on a shared group tour, you should consider a private charter. So which one was it: people coming back too early to the boat or the guide was rushing? can't be both. As another proof of this nonsense blame, scroll 2 reviews up to Candice who was in the same group on the same day and experienced "guided tour of sculptures was great". If you are looking to spend less money, you should consider booking on other platforms which don't charge 28% commissions, but better guides, not gonna happen.

The swells were high and didn’t have a lot of snorkeling experience. On previous excursions I was offered flippers and a good flotation device. This tour did not have flippers available and a very small floatation belt that wasn’t very helpful. 2 people who had snorkeled for years really enjoyed it. My wife and I didn’t get in the water on the second stop. The provided lunch looked good but I didn’t eat any because of the swell.

We appreciate your evaluation after your wife told the crew it was "the best trip ever". I am sorry but we are not acting as swim instructors. Once again, sorry that we mismanaged the weather and didn't stop the swell when needed. We will hopefully soon be able to subscribe for Elon Musks weather amendment service to get the obvious complaints out of the way.
We offer various sizes of special closed cell foam floatation belts for optimal movement abilities, reaching from small to X-large. Additionally, we do provide a very high salt content in the sculpture park area for extra floatation. If the X-large belt plus the salt content isn't enough, the fault is somewhere else to search. The current in the sculpture park is zero, and if there is a tiny bit of current, our experienced guides will use it to our advantage, therefore no flippers needed. Flippers are not intended to compensate for lack of swimming skills and will only hold back the entire group experience and schedule when handed out to beginners.

What a great trip.
The journey back and forth from the marina to the two snorkel sites skirted the coastlines beautiful views, coloured houses, luscious green forests, white/golden beaches all framed by crystal clear azure waters and brilliant blue skies. All that with a juice, or a beer, or a rum punch. What a life!
The first site was the sculptures, and we definitely hit the best conditions to see them, clear waters, a guide that knew the position of all the different statues, an effortless swim, floating on the surface and occasional dive to get a little closer (a little more effort required there to combat the salty waters pushing you back to the surface).
The second stop was at Flamingo Bay, where we had some lunch, fresh salads, pasta, with grilled tuna and chicken (if you eat meat), was delicious. Then another snorkel to see an abundance of different coloured fish, and lots of coral. There were fish at the statues, but we saw more here.
Our company for the day was Yoda and Schnitzel, two of the boat dogs, such placid dogs, happy to take a biscuit, a stroke and a swim in the waters.
Thanks to the team for making this a great experience, Derek, Tyrel and chef (sorry if I’ve got the names wrong and forgetting chefs).
Highly recommended, a superb trip, loved it.

Tour exactly as stated in the description and lived up to expectations. Didn't want it to end as it was absolutely perfect. The dogs were a delight to have on board (take dog treats and they will be your best friends). Sculptures are amazing to see and so many beautiful fish around. The boat is comfortable and super clean. Lunch was delicious! Choice of salads, fruit and focaccia (plus meat and fish if that's your thing). Thank you for a wonderful experience.

We had a great snorkelling trip today with Kabir & Tyrell. Although visibility was low to see the sculpture park, we enjoyed Flamingo Bay snorkelling and chilling on Mango beach with its silver sands. They provided a lovely healthy lunch, fruits and plenty of rum through our the trip!
They took extra care to explain everything and were super hospitable and helpful!
I’ll be booking them again next time.

Marcus was very knowledgeable and made the tour safe and fun. In addition to him, Alvin was also ensuring everyone’s safety and made sure we had a good time. This was one of the most memorable experiences on my trip.

We had a great day out with sea dogs. The boat is very comfortable and the crew does an excellent job. Service is wonderful. Drinks, food and dogs. Just wish they had fins to go with the mask and snorkel. Fun time on and in the water. Would recommend this tour.

we do have fins for private charters, but we stopped handing them out on our group tours for various reasons. 1. We had so many people who are trying to overcompensate their experience with gear. They can hardly swim never had a mask on and can't handle another piece of equipment tied to their bodies. Maybe even bringing their own full-face half-helmets which are a struggle on its own. 2. it costed too much time to get in and out of the water which goes off your time! 3. more gear on the deck creates takes up space, even if we collected the fins after. Handing them out on the second spot costed more time until everyone had the right size. 4. damages. no fin lasted longer than a week or two and it would cause us to raise prices which would do more damage than losing a star in a review. 5. It is just not necessary. Both snorkel spots have any current and are protected bays. If there is a slight current at the sculpture park, our guides will always use it to our advantage.

Marc and his team took care of everything! The dogs were a bonus and delight to have them on the boat. Yes, they swam. The food was amazing (better than the food at one of the resorts).
Although the water was rough and we were not able to see all the amazing sculptures, it was still a wonderful experience.
We also did another tour with this group (see the separate review for the island tour) and it was also fantastic!

The trip was amazing, the captain and guide were very helpful and friendly. The lunch was light and fulfilling. We got to dock at one of the beaches for a bit and chill/swim. I'd do it again and highly recommend it.

Hello, I’m thinking of doing the snorkel cruise to see the Underwater Sculptures, I can’t swim and I’ve never snorkelled, would you still recommend ?

#1, find a pool, get some kind of training if the SNORKEL trip is really something you want.You don't need to wait till your in Grenada. I did see people in life vests snorkeling. I don't know what company it was.Ask the various companies what they off. But if this is something you really want to do, figure a way where you live to get better acclimated with water. It will be worth it to have a better experience !

I can't' answer your question without knowing more of your actual ability/fears, I have seen people with life jackets on and snorkel gear on. So if you can be comfortable in a life jacket, I would think the answer is yes.

My husband and I are considering this during our April visit . Is it snorkeling or scuba ? We have snorkeled but never done scuba before , so trying to be clear . Also , is the underwater sculpture visit optional ? I’m kind of weirded out seeing people stuck under water albeit statues , so I’d rather skip that part in lieu of something else .

The title of this tour says "snorkeling" but the pictures show scuba divers. Is this a snorkel or scuba tour? Also, is transportation pick up provided at sandals?
