I am so thankful I booked accommodation to get from the airport to my hotel before hand! It was a zoo at the airport and there were many people waiting in long lines for taxis. After finding the booth for Gray Line I was immediately helped and escorted to a car. I highly recommend using this service!

We met Victor on our trip to Puerto Vallarta. He was kind enough to share some good insights about the area, recommend places to visit (we had a blast !!!), and was always available to chat on the phone and was only a phone call away. Grey line was there waiting for us; driver very personable; gave us option to go through or around downtown; handled our return at the hotel ; picked us up on time for the return. Highly recommend them for your airport transfer.
Don’t get caught by people grabbing you just before the exit (long counter on the left.) they are tour agencies-not your transfer people. Just go outside

If you're staying at the Marriott, you should know that a taxi will charge you $80 pesos or (roughly) $4 each way. If you go with Grayline, the car will be nicer, but the charge will be $22.50 each way for a less than 10 minute ride.

When you book Transportation with our Company, our staff greet you and check all the
safety measures.
You also have assistance if luggage is missing, No hiden fee or local taxes,
departure assistance, insurance and concierge service.
No street taxis are allowed at the Airport upon arrival.
The price that you paid was for a private service not shuttle.
If you book a shuttle service is cheaper.

I booked a round-trip airport-hotel transfer and I realized I just wasted money. Getting the taxi after you exit the terminal was no different whether or not you have transfer arrangements you still wait in a long line. Taxi to our airport would have only cost somewhere around $13 each way compared to the $90 i paid for round trip for 4 pax. Coming back was disappointing as our transportation was a no show. A company agent was supposed to meet us our hotel lobby the next day for confirmation which I don't understand why we had to do considering that our reservations had already been confirmed and they already had all our departure information other than the fact, that maybe, they want to meet us personally to sell us tours. Nevertheless, when that didn't happen, GrayLine didn't even bother to leave a message or contact us thru our hotel. We ended up taking Uber going back to the airport which, turns out, only cost me $5 for all 4 of us (and again, I paid $90 for the whole round trip the return of which didn't happen). I contacted all their numbers listed on their brochure which they gave us on arrival and nobody would answer and nobody returned my messages. I reported the situation to Expedia when I returned to the US and they are still investigating the issue as they had tried to contact GrayLine, and they too, got no answers ... only recordings. I still don't have my money back. If you fly to Puerto Vallarta, you DO NOT need to arrange for airport transfers, just call Uber, you will save a lot of hassle and a lot of money.

When you book transportation with our Company, it also includes Meet and greet, Assistance if
luggage is missing, insurance, assistance at the Airport and for your departure.
Our office is open daily from 9:00am- 6:00pm (CST). We always have staff at our office.
The reason why we always request to Customers to reconfirm their flight once you are in Puerto Vallarta,
is in case you have any flight or date changes, we can update the pick up times and avoid any
inconvenience with your return transfer.
You also get general information of the Destination and suggestion of the best places to visit.

Good luck getting out of the mayhem at the airport and scrambling to find these guys to get to your hotel. Absolutely no signs no nothing. Had to ask 3 different people to find where gray line was. guy had to look through a list for 10 minutes to find us. This isnt a private car, its a unmarked taxi waiting in line to take the next guest.
Take a regular taxi for like $5-$8
MOST IMPORTANTLY- dont ever take this service if you are traveling with children, as they dont have car seats available. This is unheard of when you are paying $30 for a 5 minute car ride. Glad i booked it with american express because i filed a claim.

We apologize for any inconvenience you had.
Our Airport staff are not allowed to be inside the Airport. Unfortunately only Time Share people
are alowed inside.
Our staff are located outside the Airport, with GrayLine logo shirt and holding a sign.
We understand sometimes the Airport gets very crowded and it may be difficult to see our Reps.
All the Transfer vouchers specify the location of our staff and warn you about Time Share.
When you book a transportation with our Company, it also includes Meet and greet, assistance if luggage
is missing, no hiden fees or local taxes, departure assistance, insurance, the service of a local Representative.
The car seat are only available on request.

Poor rip off service. I need a refund, They almost caused me to miss my flight! No confirmation for pickups or no communication period. Terrible customer service, and Ivan Arce is a useless coward.

I am not a person who writes bad reviews but I have actually spoken to them twice and the young man who answers the phone is quite overbearing.
1. The first call I made was to request the exact location of where they were at the airport and their response was: "Ask because everyone knows us" -I consider that this is not a logical answer, if you call you want them to tell you how to get there or what uniform they wear.
2. I called another day to request a schedule change and the same young man told me that they have opening hours and that my change was not appropriate, that he will call another day, so they should be super specific in this regard so as not to call at specific times. that you cannot make the corresponding changes.
The transfer service is good but the customer service on the phone is horrible, I hope you can give feedback to this young man (I know it's the same one because of the tone of voice and his name - I'm not going to name him so as not to burn him) because in the end One speaks for help and the least we expect is that they treat you badly with that type of response.

Email received and requested me to call to ensure pickup. Never answered, emailed and what’s app. No responses.
Got to airport and found a stand - they did get me to hotel. This morning returning and driver is a no show. Called gray line and no response / answer; sent what’s app and no response. Absolutely horrible service. I would highly recommend against using this service / company. The service is extremely poor, not reliable and disappointing.

Awe they forgot about us as we stood in the heat for 90 minutes for our private transfer, booked though Viator and the Grey Line guy admitted they forgot us and then the waiting game began as they spent much time trying to get it straightened out then take us to a long line of taxies and those who tipped got rides and those that didn't waited. I asked Viator for some compensation, but They blew me off with a NO
