We visited 4 places with 5 different types of alcohol and dishes. Julia was an amazing guide who told us the story of dishes and places we were at. She showed some historical photos of the restaurants and even some buildings we were passing by.
I highly recommend it both for individual travelers and larger groups (there were 15 of us).

Vlada was an excellent guide. The food and beer offerings were perfect (especially the borsch soup). Vlada was very knowledgeable about foods, culture, and history. A memorable experience!

ポーランドの美味しさを一度に体験
この食べ歩きツアーは、本当におすすめです。ガイドのジュリアさんは気さくな方で滞在2日目で、まだ緊張していた私を一気にポーランドファンにさせてしまいました。連れて行ってくれたお店の料理はどれもクオリティが高く、中でも地ビールとチーズのお店が素晴らしく、滞在中にリピートしました。行ったお店の場所やレシピも後から教えてくれるフォローも良かったです。英語のツアーですが、言葉に自信がない方も“美味しいものに国境は無し！“の精神で翻訳アプリを片手にぜひチャレンジしてみてください。

Habe an einer Bürgerfahrt teilgenommen in den Riesengebirgskreis und war dabei auch in Wroclaw. Es gibt dort ein sehr schöne Altstadt mit wirklich alten Gebäuden, gotisch und Barock. Es ist auch nett, sich von der Suche nach den Zwergen durch die Stadt leiten zu lassen. Sie sind "überall" zu finden als kleine Bronzefiguren. Der Ursprung soll in dem Aufstand für Demokratie liegen in den 1980ger Jahren, der Zwergenmützen als Symbol eingesetzt hatte. Auch heute, gerade am Tag der Wahlen in Polen sind sie ein wichtiges Zeichen!

It was an absolute pleasure to explore the rich cuisine and culture of Wroclaw with Julia as our exceptional tour guide. My wife and I went on the Wroclaw Food Tasting Tour, and we were thoroughly impressed by the depth of knowledge and passion that Julia brought to the experience.

Far more than simply guiding us to an array of delectable local delicacies, Julia leveraged the city's culinary offerings as a window into its intricate history. As we walked from restaurant to restaurant, she wove in compelling details about the influences of Prussian, Austrian, German, and Polish rule that have shaped Wroclaw's architecture, traditions, and tastes over the centuries.

I appreciated Julia's attentiveness throughout the tour. Noticing my note-taking, she kindly offered to share a recap of the key highlights and some treasured family recipes once we returned home. Her warmth and thoughtfulness underscored the care she takes with every guest.
After our delightful day with Julia, I wholeheartedly recommend the Wroclaw Food Tasting Tour to anyone considering a visit to Poland. Wroclaw is a jewel among European cities, offering stunning Gothic and Baroque buildings, and lively squares.

With Julia's expert guidance, our tour brought the destination to life in a meaningful, memorable way. She made us feel comfortable every step of the journey. For an immersive, enriching experience in one of Europe's most spectacular destinations, then I highly recommend this tour.

A Polish Gourmet Experience
I recently did the tour with my family. Our guide Julia was wonderful with great knowledge and happy to answer any questions, gave us wonderful recommendations and food recipes after the trip. As well as tasting wonderful food we also learnt lots about the history of Wrocław and it’s food culture. It was a great way of experiencing lots of wonderful food in one evening with an enthusiastic guide, would highly recommend!

A Must-Try Experience

I recently had the pleasure to join Food Tour in Wroclaw, and it was an absolute culinary delight from start to finish. This experience offered an exquisite blend of flavors, history, and culture. Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable, adding an extra layer of depth to the entire experience.

Great food, lovely guide!

What a wonderful food tour! As a single person I couldn't book via the website, but I wrote an email and received a link where I could book a tour. Communication was excellent and fast. I got squeezed in with another group which was lovely to begin with - but then everyone else cancelled and my guide Julia still did the whole tour just for me! I had a wonderful time with her. Julia knows a lot about Wroclaw and its history, took me to 5 different food places with traditional and popular Polish food and even put up with me trying to speak some Polish words. After the tour I received a summary of all the places we've been to and some Polish recipes to try at home. All in all 5/5 - would recommend the food tour with Julia to everyone!

I wouldn't recommend for people with sensitive stomachs. The tour itself was fine, the host (Julia) was nice and told us a bit about the history of the places we passed, the food was tasty but the aftermath wasn't. I had a reaction to the food and had to stay in my room the rest of the evening and even spend most of the night awake. Next day I don't feel much better either.

This tour was a present for my boyfriend, who also experienced a slight intolerance effect but really loved the experience.

The food tour included:

2 small shots of vodka, cheese platter to share, small portion of cabbage with pork to share, dumplings and meat in cabbage to share, 2 donuts (quite disappointing dessert choice, for the price I paid, I expected something much better, they were just donuts off the street for 1 pound). 2x 150ml beers and a flatbread with spread to share.

We were only once asked about which donut we want, we weren't asked for preferences, we had a small bottle of water at the second place but weren't offered at any of the other places. I asked for water at the last stop and almost got my beer switched to water, as I wanted to try the beer I said I will take water from the tap cause I was thirsty.

My thoughts:

I also found the tour ridiculously OVERPRICED! Overall given the origin of all of these food places (local bakery or what we call in Bulgaria fast food restaurant) I'd estimate the cost for both of us at around 30 quid if not less (I paid 146 pounds for both of us). I felt scammed as I expected better quality food for the money I paid.

Little bakery is a local establishment known for freshly made donuts. We fully recognize and appreciate the bakery's significance as a traditional and beloved place among locals. Regarding the pricing, we understand your concern. The cost of our tours is determined by various factors, including the quality of food, the expertise of our hosts, and operational expenses. However, we acknowledge that the overall experience did not match the value you expected. We appreciate your feedback regarding the availability of water during the food tour. Poland on a Plate

Took the Wroclaw Food Tour with Julia one evening and it was delightful. She was friendly, knowledgeable and took us to places we would not have tried on our own. She provided information on the foods, how they are prepared and even gave us historical context for it all. Coming from a Czech background, I found the food delicious and slightly different from how my mom/grandmother prepared it. Plus there were foods I hadn't tried previously. Fabulous evening!
