Amazing trip from Sarajevo to Belgrade. They greeted us a warm welcome, took our bags and showed us to the van. Van with seat belt, air-conditioning, and good space and great legroom. Our guide told us alot of amazing facts, stories and answered all our questions. Guide and driver was always happy, service minded, helpful and mainly a great guide. Would highly recommend this trip. Very good communication with customer service prior to the trip, they answered mails In a few minutes. Also payment was super easily fixed online, just asked for an invoice. Highly recommended!

My wife and I took this tour from Sarajevo to Belgrade as part of our honeymoon. Our guide and driver were both fantastic, extremely professional and friendly.
The stops on the tour itself are also fantastic, we were extremely happy we chose this route instead of flying or driving directly between the cities.
The company itself was also fantastic to deal with, they were very accommodating and professional.
Highly recommend taking this specific tour and I’m sure everything else they offer is just as great!

We did war time sarajevo tour and it was great !! Our guide was a warrior in the war , and he lived everything during the war.. he knew all details and shared with us with his passion.. i am so glad that i took this tour today !!

We had a fantastic time on this transfer. For one, it was so much easier than flying or taking a normal bus. Sarajevo Funky Tours were super helpful in helping us organise it all via email in advance and the hotel pickup all ran smoothly - all you had to do was wake up!
Our guide on the day was also great, he could tell when to say "ok, I'll stop talking now, looks like you guys need a nap!" which was what we needed at some points... He was also great and talking about local history and Bosnian culture when we were a bit more awake! We seriously learnt more from him than at the museums.
I loved the medieval graves (though make sure you wear proper shoes - it involved hiking through the snow so our shoes were wet all day) and the towns we visited. But the real winner were the mountain views we got to see along way - absolutely amazing!
This company (we also recommend the walking tour) and transfer service are a must-do! :)

Thanks for making the last day of 2019 so wonderful! After comparing several transportations from Belgrade to Sarajevo, we finally decided on this tour - this was my first time with Funky and had become a loyal follower ever since. My guide is Hamza and the driver is Jasmin. They are really welcoming and helpful! Hamza literally can answer every question I asked patiently and insightfully. Jasmin is really responsible and makes the journey safe and enjoyable. I highly recommend you guys choose this day trip instead of sitting in the normal coach for 7 hours if you wanna transit between these two cities. They pick up and drop off in front of your accommodation and 8 people in the van maximum, so the convenience and comfortability can be guaranteed. Plus, we had the chance to take the steam train and this was my first experience standing outside of the carriage and immersing myself in the incredible snow scenes. What a nice ending of the year!

I had originally purchased an airline ticket from Sarajevo to Belgrade. Once I was in Sarajevo and experienced two amazing tours operated by Sarajevo Funky Tours, I changed my travel plans and booked the company's one-way transfer via West Bosnia and East Serbia. I am so glad that I opted for the transfer because the tour--led by Damir as our guide and Adnan Hadzi as our driver--was incredible and reasonably priced given the number of site visits. Hotel pickup was around 7:00 a.m. (there was miscommunication on my part about the time), as an early start was necessary to cover the long distance, visit all the places on the itinerary, and arrive in Belgrade at around 8:00 p.m. There was plenty of space in the van to securely store luggage. My favorite stops were at Rogatica where we visited the Borak Stećci necropolis, Tara National Park which has the most breathtaking view at Banjska Stena (that view alone made the tour worthwhile!), and the Gate of Podrinje at sunset. Damir was knowledgeable and provided background information on each site. Adnan made sure we arrived at our destinations safely and on time, and he even gave us a mini tour of Belgrade as we were driving through the city and recommended restaurants and places to visit. Both Damir and Adnan were friendly, approachable, and professional, and they made the transfer fun and enjoyable.
My first visit to Sarajevo was fulfilling and memorable thanks to the wonderful staff at Funky Tours. Special thanks to Ema and Nadina who patiently answered my questions and made arrangements both before and during my trip. It would be a pleasure to visit Sarajevo again in the near future so I can join some other tours!

Based on all the reviews I had read and opting for a road trip over a flight from Belgrade to Sarajevo, we chose to go with Sarajevo Funky Tours. It was the best decision we made and a trip that made our entry into and stay at Sarajevo even more meaningful and experience-rich. Between Armina and Nermin, we had a wonderful introduction to Bosnia and Sarajevo. The day long road trip was amazing. Our guides managed our scheduling wonderfully and ensured that the right adjustments were made to ensure we did not miss out on any part of the itinerary. But more than all that, they (and our driver) were just lovely people that it was delightful to be on this tour

Lots of people seem to be writing amazing reviews so here is one more. My wife and I are a couple of experienced backpackers but due to time constraints and conflicting information online, we were unsure how we were going to get around the former Yugoslavia. Enter Sarajevo Funky Tours. We did their 1 day connecting trip from Belgarde --> Sarajevo and then another 1 day connecting tour from Sarajevo --> Dubrovnik a few days later. Money unbelievably well spent.
They were on time, they made sure we had no problems at the borders and the door to door service was legit. On the first tour our guide was Adnan Ajanovic who was knowledgeable, caring and quick with a joke. The 2nd tour we had Adnan Gondzetovic as our guide who was amazing as well. He lived in Sarajevo during the siege as a kid and spent the first couple hours regaling us with stories of what that was like.
The itinerary/stops speak for themselves and did not disappoint but it was the guides and their tireless energy who made the trips special. 10/10. Would recommend.

This trip was fantastic. It was our third tour with Sarajevo Funky Tours and itwas just as great as the first two. Pick up ran smoothly, even though it was quite early, and our guides were super nice and friendly! We made a lot of very nice stops along the way and were always provided with interesting facts about each of the locations, ranging from an Orthodox monastery to Kusturica's famous timbertown!
Overall, it was a very very nice experience and we would really like to thank our guides for their hard work - they picked up us in Sarajevo at 7.15 am, dropped us off in Belgrade at 8pm and still drove back to Sarajevo on the same night! Very hard-working and very nice :) All the best to you guys! Can not recommend this tour enough!

The Transfer tour was also great. Sarajevo Funky Tours was great finding a creative solution for me to transfer to Belgrade while also joining on the tour. Adnan was a great tour guide and was accommodating to the requests of the tour while also pointing out all of the interesting and unique points along the way.
I really enjoyed my time in Bosnia and a huge part of it was because of the help and services of Sarajevo Funky Tours. Could not recommend more highly, and look forward to visiting my new friends next time I am back in Sarajevo! :)
