5 jours prenium kerala tour

Our visit to India will stay with us forever, we were honestly blown away by this whole experience!!! It is quite simply stunning! We had an amazing stay in Kerala and I don’t think it would have been anywhere near as good had we not have booked with Sanguine.
Nimisha was brilliant when booking all of the accommodation, putting the itinerary together and getting everything sorted out, we must have gone forwards and backwards 20 plus times trying to organise everything and make it as perfect as we could. We had a few things/experiences that we’d booked and wanted to fit in.
Sumesh met us from the airport and was with us the whole time (obvs different rooms etc Hah) until we were chauffeured back to the airport.
I’ll go into a bit more detail below, I might hit the max amount of words as I try to explain just how amazing our stay was, I think that if I wrote 10 pages of info it would still be less than the attention to detail throughout the whole of our 6/7 days (extra day as we'd pre-booked our flights previously) so here goes!
Day 1 – we arrived in really early and were picked up from Kotchi airport and driven to first hotel, it was about 4 hours and we chatted to Sumesh on the way there. We passed and stopped at a few waterfalls, we climbed up and up amongst some of the most beautiful scenery that I have ever seen.
We climbed to over 2000m above sea level and were dropped at the Amberdale hotel which had been booked for us. It was stunning, I think one of the most beautiful places I have ever seen. It’s nettled at the top of a mountain and looks out over tea plantations and more rolling mountains than you can imagine. The hotel was superb and the view changes throughout the day. Namisha had also planned a surprise cake for us (it was our 10 year anniversary) which was delivered by room service after we’d finished our room service dinner.
Day 2, we were up and out and met by Sumesh at the previously organized time. We went to the Erivakulum national park, hiked for a bit and saw endangered Tahr. After this we went to a tea plantation which was brilliant, we learnt about the history of the plantation and the leaf harvesting. We stopped for lunch at a lovely place and after this drove to a dam and then echo point – both lovely. On the way loads of cars were pulled over so we stopped and saw actual real life Elephants in the wild just mooching about and eating grass – Speechless!!! Early evening we stopped at a theatre (Sumesh went and picked us some amazing seats) where we saw a traditional Keralan dance (40 mins) followed by a great martial arts display (about an hour) and then went back to the hotel for a cooking tutorial, dinner in the restaurant and chill out by the firepit on the roof! We went to sleep exhausted but it was thoroughly worthwhile..
Day 3, up and chucked cases in the car and off we went to Thekkady (forest area) stopped at temples on the way through, drank coconut juice straight from coconuts at the side of the road and went to a spice plantation where they showed us all of the fruit and spices that are grown there and how they’re sued – there are tons. After this we went to elephant junction which was also incredible, we rode Elephants, washed and showered them and fed them fruits. We booked an evening hike at the Periyar wildlife reserve and dropped everything at the hotel and got changed. Our hotel (Amaana Resort) was stunning, it only has 9 units and you can even catch your own fish from the lake outside which they’ll cook for you that night!!! I saw a YouTube video that made me unsure of this as the units just looked OK but the hotel was stunning and much better than I’d seen. Namisha booked the room that was detached, had a 4 poster bed and shower where the waste water falls through the wooden floor boards, the bath looks right out onto the lake infront also. The Periyar night hike was great, they explained about patrolling in the evening and we saw tons of deer, amazing fireflys and a herd of 5 wild elephants also (our trip does mention elephants a bit I know) with a baby also!!! Back to the hotel for dinner and sleep.
Day 4, up and out and back to the Periyar reserve for another hike, 5 hours and a bamboo raft and river trip. We saw huge buffalo and learnt more about the work they do there. Back to the hotel, we were knackered, quick snooze then a bit of fishing where we caught some tiddlers… Dinner and sleep,
Day 5, walk around the hotel grounds and we looked at the watch tower they have, breakfast and out we went again heading for Alleppy. We passed more waterfalls, pineapple groves and rubber plantations on the way to the boat. Quite a bit of a drive and got the boat just before lunch. The boat we stayed on was a bit tired in places but very, very clean and I think we may have been spoilt with the previous hotels we’d been in. We had our own private boat, so not sharing with anyone else and 2 staff on the boat with us, the captain and the chef. The chef cooked up some lovely food whilst we went out for lunch (I think Alleppy is like the Indian Norfolk broads, very relaxing). We stopped off and had a little boat ride around some of the smaller parts of the waterways that the big boat couldn’t get to. We also went to a fish market and bought crab (alive and snapping) and the biggest tiger prawns I’d ever seen. The chef then prepared them for us and we had dinner after we’d moored up at the same place we started just after sunset. We went for a walk, grabbed some snacks and then chilled out and watched a film that evening before heading to bed.
Day 6 – Up early and out by 7.30 and had breakfast whilst on the way back in, we both have a go at driving the boat for a bit (with varying successes)! We added another day on as we weren’t flying back until the next day. Namisha arranged a day of stuff, we went to the Folklore museum – it’s a huge private collection where you could even buy some of the antiques and bits they have which is very cool! We checked in at the Fragrant Nature hotel – weird name and the website didn’t do it justice. We trusted in Namisha after the other hotels but when we walked in we could see why she’d booked it for us. Another brilliant hotel, walking into a 5 floor entrance atrium, she booked us a port facing room and and it had an amazing pool on the roof! We had a quick dip then got taken out sightseeing again, saw the history of the Jewish quarter (interesting) and Dutch house (not quite as good as the folklore museum place) asked to be dropped off close to the main square and had a little walk back through the streets for an hour or so. We watched the sunset in the pool drinking mocktails! We had room service and went to bed.
Day 7 – we had to stop on the way to buy another small suitcase to move stuff around so that we could get under Indigo’s baggage rules with our new purchases, we were dropped at the airport in plenty of time for our flight back to Delhi.
Anything that we wanted Sumesh always said no problem. Its also worth noting at this point that we think he might even have magical powers (think David Blaine), whenever we came out of anywhere that we’d been dropped to, hotel, restaurant, meeting place, shops and before we even got close he would just appear poised, polite, smiling and ready for the next bit LOL!
Sumesh helped us understand the people, the culture, the whole area and everything Keralan, our stay was just amazing.
If you’ve got to the end of this long review, hopefully you’ll have a taste of the magical experiences that we had and we do honestly owe it to Namisha for booking it all and Sumesh for getting us all everywhere. We honestly can not thank you guys enough for making our 10 year anniversary trip one that we’ll remember forever. We initially were looking to self-drive and book our own hotels. My goodness I’m glad we didn’t! We would have probably died 10 times over, the driving is crazy and not what we’re used to but it just works! Sumesh always drove impeccably, never got frustrated and when we totted it up, it actually worked out cheaper to have Sumesh for the whole time making the experience amazing and explaining everything to us and then, additionally, we had the experience of Namisha putting it all together and picking the very best places to stay that we would have foolishly overlooked and organising our days.
5 stars is an understatement!

We had an excellent Kerala tour organized by Sanguine holidays covering Kochi, Munnar, Thekkady and Alleppey. We are a family of 5 with three kids. They were very professional right from initial response till the end of the trip. They were very prompt to our queries in organizing the tour. We made changes to our itenery several times until we were happy with the duration of stay at each place and the Hotels and rooms. They were very patient to accommodate our requests. Mrs Nimshi even went out of the way to help us by personally visiting Hypermarket to check if the type of packaged millk that we use for kids is available there or not and any alternate brands that we could use.
We opted for 4 star hotels and they selected the best hotels in this category within reasonable budget. Also they booked the rooms with best views. Later we found out they are well connected with friend and foes at different hotels that gave them the edge.
Through out the tour they were in constant contact with us making sure we were comfortable and if any further assistance is needed.
Strongly recommend Sanguine holidays for a premium budget friendly hassle free experience.

I had recent experience with sanguine holidays. I have taken a 5N/6D Kerala package for my family (total of 5 people) with a pickup from Cohin and covered Munnar, Thekkady, Alleppey, and Cochi.
Starting with the planning phase, I got very good support and responses from Mr. Sumodh and Mrs. Nimisha.
During the journey, Mr. Sumesh (our driver and guide) has accompanied us throughout the journey, and their supportive nature and well-planned itinerary have even led them to suggest some places that are not commonly known to tourists but are really good.
In short, I have a 5/5 rating for this team. If any of you are planning a Kerala trip, then don't hesitate to hire them for your dream holidays.

We booked the Kerala tour of Six days and 5 Nights through Sanguine Holidays. We booked the trip a month in advance and came to know about Sanguine Holidays through Tripadviser Reviews. We visited Athirapally, Munnar, Thekkady and Alleppy. Right from Beginning like booking the trip to the End , from sanguine Holiday's side we were communicated to Nimisha Madam. She is a Genuine person who take care of their Guest at most care. She was in continuous touch with us through out the tour. We were four including two kids. They arranged a very comfortable vehicle and Driver, thanks to our driver Mr Sanish. The Hotels they have booked for us were very nice and we had a very wonderful Experience. I would reccommed Sanguine Holidays for those who are planning a kerala trip. without a second thought you can book through sanguine holidays. As a family we felt very safe and enjoyed our Kerala trip. Once again Thank you Nimisha Madam and Saguine Holidays. Special thanks to all the keralites, during the entire trip we did not even face a single problem or inconvenience. We felt we were in our home state.

We had limited time in Kerala and wanted to ensure that we fit in as much as possible. I'm glad to say that we achieved that and more thanks to Sanguine holidays! Nmisha was our contact in the office and she was extremely attentive and responsive even when we had last minute requests. Our driver was always prompt and kept us cool wherever we went. We would highly recommend Sanguine to anyone.

Can’t speak more highly of this experience through Nimisha and with our excellent guide Mr. Anil. The whole thing (from airport pick up to drop off) was absolutely seamless and stress free. Nimisha was in regular contact throughout to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves.
The car was perfect (AC, spacious and comfortable) and the accommodation at all locations was impeccable.
And Mr Anil! He was so kind and knowledgable and had such patience in stopping and explaining to us what we were seeing at all points throughout the tour. He was flexible and willing to rearrange activities/sites to suit us. So many small moments that we would have missed were made special by Mr Anil pulling over and explaining the history and significance of things.
We hope our paths cross with both Nimisha and Mr Anil in the future and we highly recommend this package to all future travellers.

Hi, recently I have completed beautiful Kerala trip 7D/6N(26th Dec 20 to 1st Jan 21) with my wife, two kids. Thanks Nimisha from Sanguine Holidays for making trip memorable. Planned and followed very well. Started journey with little tense because of covid but completed trip happily. Arranged good vehicle and good driver cum guide Mr. Suresh. Booked rooms are full sanitised and good. House boat and food on it is very fine. Don't miss the Poovar Beach.
Thanks once again Sanguine Holidays. All the best.
