Had an amazing experience with Sayulita Entourage. Roberta was always great with communication. They worked hard to fit me in for a great experience during a very busy time. Stephane was my instructor the day of and he was amazing! So patient and calm. Though I am very comfortable in water i was not sure how I would reach in such a new situation and Stephane was so calm it made the experience incredible. The whole boat crew was great. From Edgar the driver to Palma who led me on a snorkel trip while others did their first dive. I recommend this highly professional and fun team for all your water adventures. (I also did a snorkel trip with them and it was also great!)

I did my Open Water certification with Sayulita Entourage and I cannot be happier. They provided us with all the necessary equipment and everyone in the team was super nice, especially Christian, our instructor. I 100% recommend Sayulita Entourage if you want to go scuba diving in Sayulita, Punta de Mita and the Marietas islands.

Very well organized and instructed course for those whose wish to get underwater with the gear but have no experience. They also were very accommodating given that I had no certification and my partner needed a refresher.
We went through the pool course together and then went out for open water dives, I sat out the first one while my partner went since it was at a depth where certification was required. Still had a wonderful time hanging out on the boat with the boat crew members while everyone else was underwater.
I then went for my first dive with the instructor and my partner, they did a great job teaching me all the safety measures for a great experience.
I recommend this company highly for their service, organization and attention to detail when it comes to safety.

Loved how comprehensive but relaxed this course was. It was longer than I anticipated (0930-1800) but every part was easy and worth the time. The introductory pool session was straightforward and not overly complicated. Stephane is clearly very experienced but also friendly and helpful. The bus transfer to/from each location was quick and comfortable. We had a break for lunch, lots to eat/do around the dive shop. The dive itself felt well planned and safe. Gorgeous scenery and wildlife sightings (whale, turtle, manta ray, boobies!). Crew were friendly and professional. We were dropped off at a restaurant near the dive shop and were provided with a tasty meal and drink (included in the tour cost). It was a really memorable day. You do not get a certification for the Discovery course but if you've never gone diving before, it's a great introduction and well worth the money.

I got my open water dive certification at Sayulita Entourage and I had a great experience. Stephane, Roberta and their team were very knowledgeable, helpful and made the whole experience very fun. We went to some great dive spots and I always felt safe and taken care of. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get certified or just looking to do some dives.

Our dream has been to get our grandchildren certified to dive and to dive with them. We have been diving many places in the world but we are so glad we chose Sayulita Entourage as the place to get them certified. Stephane was an excellent dive instructor, so patient and fun but very firm and professional. His equipment was great and we enjoyed every minute. Best of all the kids (12 and 13) loved it and the got a wonderful start to a hopefully lifetime of scuba adventure!

Stephane and Roberta created a great environment that allowed for my wife and I to recertify and for our two teenage daughters to become introduced to scuba diving.
My wife and I had not dived in many years, so taking the Discover course in the pool with our girls was perfect. We met Stephane at the shop in town, who then transported us to a pool on a nearby ranch. He was very proficient with his instruction and patiently responded to our questions.
The next day we met again at the shop, where Roberta had organized transportation to the Punta Mita Marina, where we met Stephane at the boat along with the captain and crew member, both of whom were very nice. The boat trip to the Marietas Islands was relatively short and calm. My wife, sister, and myself were accompanied by Stephane for a 22-meter dive called La Montana that explored a portion of the island's reef. Visibility and sea life were good. Our girls snorkeled on the surface while we were diving and also had a good time.
For our second give, the girls joined us on a dive called Amarradero that was approximately 12 meters. Visibility was similar but there was a great abundance of sea life to see. The girls really enjoyed their scuba expereince a lot - which is what we were hoping for.
When we returned to the marina, transportation was waiting to take us back to Sayulita where Roberta had arranged a tasty lunch for us at a local cantina.
Our overall experience was very good and we will definitely dive with them again on our next trip to Sayulita.

As my first diving experience, this was far beyond my expectations.
Roberta communicated clearly and quickly.
Stephanes instruction was intensely safety focused. He has a kind an experienced manner - and a great sense of humor. He was extremely patient with each of us as we learned skills and practiced with the equipment. As for the equipment - the shop was great - with clean and well kept gear.
It was such a good experience - we did it again later in the week...
I would highly recommend Sayulita Entourage!

I did the discovery dive since I’m not certified and loved it. The entire crew were great. Jamie was my instructor/guide and she was amazing. She took me to a pool at first and taught me the things I would need to know for our dive. A short time later we were cruising out to the dive site watching whales and dolphins. Before and after we got into the water Jamie was very attentive to detail and made me feel like I was in good hands. During the dive she pointed out multiple sea creatures I would have missed while frequently checking my air. The experience was something that I will never forget and it made me want to get certified. After talking with Jamie to see what it entailed it was a no brainer. Planning to go back and get certified, hopefully by Jamie.

WOWOWOWOWOWOWOW. Holy guacamole sauce. Alright, so, my buddy came in from San Francisco for the week and was like hey JL, want to go get certified to go scuba diving? I paused...then asked "Does a one footed duck swim in circles?" (yes). I reached out to Roberta and she was so sweet and flexible even though I was booking a class last minute. I didn't really know what I was getting myself into and had to speed through the online courses (I don't recommend speeding through, TAKE YOUR TIME).
Day 1. Jamie was our scuba expert master extraordinaire and she was incredible. We went to the pool and went over all the gear and technical terms for the dive. Suited up and swam around a bit. Made sure we were comfortable, went through hand signals, constantly made sure that we were good and having a good time and that we were understanding the material and the information she was imparting to us. After a few hours, homeboy and I felt comfortable and we changed and went home. We studied that night awaiting the next days adventure...
Day 2. So we get to the Sayulita Entourage, they ship us off to the dock near Stinkys beach and we embark on the journey of a lifetime. We immediately start getting our gear together and go through all the safety procedures which we learned in the course and again from Jamie. We get to our first spot and jumped in! We talked everything over and what we were going to do while down there. Learned about the buddy system and making sure to stay together and what to do if we get separated. We started to head down and homeboy had a bit of a freak out so we head up asap. Thankfully we LISTENED to Jamie and nobody panicked and we all did what we were told in case of this scenario. I'm glad I pay attention, I'd feel really bad for someone who didn't :)
We went down again and it was significantly better, we swam around under the water for 30 minutes and then resurfaced together. We got on the boat and went to our second spot. There were zero hiccups. We went down, and spent like 40 minutes down there looking at the reefs, Jamie showed us electric rays and a moray eel and nudibranches and they were so beautiful. There must have been hundreds of different kinds of colorful fish that we saw when we were down there. Then she turned around and one point and signaled to listen. We were so close to humpback whales that were singing. It was incredible. I could feel it vibrating in my chest. I almost cried but had to stop myself so I didn't get water in my scuba mask.
So we resurfaced and finished and on the way back saw some more humpback whiles that must have been 15 feet away from us. Wild. I'll be signing up for the open water scuba because of the great experience I had.
Overall, Jamie was the most patient instructor which I think made the experience such an incredible one. As long as you listen and go in with a positive attitude I'm sure you'll have a great time too :)
