Great job done to rescue, treat, breèd and release native wildlife. Tour lasted 2 hours as we were introduced to the animals sensitively and got chance to ask loads of questions. No access by public transport so need car/taxi but well worth it. Phone before you go. Entry fee/can donate to support their work

The Corbin Local Wildlife is dedicated to the conservation of Tobago’s native species. The guided tours are educational and engaging, offering a close-up view of the island’s wildlife. A must-visit for animal lovers.

We were shown round by Michael who was very knowledgeable about the flora and fauna of tobago. Amazing to see the native wildlife and hear about the conservation work being done to preserve and reintroduce wildlife on the island. A must for any animal lover! Michael also told us about some of the tobago folklaw which was fascinating to hear about!

We took a taxi from our hotel to get here. Glad we did, as I’d imagine that it’s quite hard to find otherwise. It was founded, and is still owned, by the same family, and Michael was a brilliant host. We learned so much about the local wildlife and some of the difficulties faced in current times. We encountered all manner of birds, mammals, and reptiles, all of which were either rescued or born there. They still rescue animals today so the entrance fees and donations help to fund this important work. Definitely a recommended visit whilst in Tobago.

We visited this park during our stay in Tobago. It is privately owned park run as a sanctuary for injured or unwanted animals. Visitors have to be escorted around the site, and we were lucky enough to have Michael as one of our guides. He was informative, knowledgeable and answered all our questions with ease . We were able to hold a baby boa snake and some turtles, and saw every animal the park had to offer including the shy camens. I loved interacting with Joe the monkey who loves having his back scratched and Bird the grumpy booby, who does not like company much.

This was a wonderful experience guided by Michael who really expertly and competently took us on a tour of the reserve. If you thought you knew all the names of the animals in the reserve you'll find out that you didn't know.much at all. Visit Corbin's when you're inTobago. You won't be disappointed.

Michael, our tour guide, was very knowledgeable and patient with all our questions. Learnt a lot about the birds, animals and snakes!!

A must visit family run wildlife park specialising in threatened species on the island. We visited whilst on a cruise taking a taxi from the port, it is only a 20 minute drive. The owner took the 2 hour tour which was fascinating and enlightening. If in Tobago on a cruise I would strongly recommend a visit. It is recommended you call to let them know you are going, the tourist information in port called for us.

This is by far the best Nature experience on Tobago. The animals are fantastic and the co-owner Ian tells fascinating tales about the park's work to rescue and preserve the local animals and educate children to appreciate their wildlife instead of eating it.

Lovely sanctuary started by a local family. They educate about the local species and how numbers are/have dwindled due to the popularity of locals eating 'wild meat'. They have taken in unwanted pets and taken in babies where parent have been killed by poachers. Seeing the humming birds up close was anothet highlight! My little one loved 'cat' the dog! A personable and educational tour for all ages of the family!

Hi do you pick up from hotels daily? ( we will be staying at the MAGDELANA GRAND in May.)
Is the visit limited to 2 hours as my husband would probably like to sit in hide and watch/photograph the birds?
What is the best way to contact you once we are in Tobago?

I am afraid we are having problems with replying on trip advisor.

I have two questions:
1) What is the limit on the number of persons in a group that can visit Corbin Local Wildlife Park? I am thinking of taking a group of young persons.
2) What is the cost?

We can accommodate a party of 60 comfortably and more if necessary! We can split into two groups.
Animal enclosures tour 1-2 hours:
Adult $US 25
Child (under 12) $US 15
Tobago residents concessions:
Adult $TT 50
5-18yrs $TT 30
Under 5s $TT 20
