We were looking for historical places to visit with our teen daughter and her friend while in the BVIs and came across information for Mount Healthy National Park. As the other reviewers have indicated, it is really just the windmill. It is easy to find - it's very close to Brewers Bay Beach. We just pulled off to the side of the road right by the windmill. There is really no traffic on the road there and you will probably only be there for a few minutes. We just walked around, read the sign, took some photos. Wish there were a lot more historical/cultural tours available!

I stopped here as I was out exploring the island. There isn't a parking lot, just park on the side of the road. This old mill is the only thing here. There is a plaque describing the history. Great place to stop if you are in the area.

No parking and it is chained off as if you are not supposed to visit. Our taxi driver told us to go on in. Not much to see, and I wouldn't make an effort to go there. If you happen to be driving by, it wouldn't take more than 5 minutes to see it.

there's not much to see, but it's easy access to one of the few sugar mill ruins left on the island. there's a brief history of the mill provided as you walk in

Easy to find, just read your map. It sits above Brewers Bay, in a quiet, beautiful space. Reader boards explain the history and use of this historical sugar mill. The best in the Caribbean. Worth seeing, on your way to Brewers Bay.

National park is a bit misleading, as it is not a park but only a building. What remains of the old mill tower is chained off with an information board at the side of it. Be aware that we parked just off the main road round the corner on some spare land and as we walked back to the car a guy in his car was stationary taking a good look at our car, as soon as he saw us he drive off. Perhaps it's better to pull into the side of the road just by the monument.

We visited Mount Healthy on a day trip to the Tortola, having rented a car for the day. The site itself is very limited: the ruins of a windmill, a single board of information about the mill's history and a nicely shaded picnic bench.
Although I found the information on the mill very interesting, it probably only took 5 minutes to see and read everything here - if you're driving by the area, then maybe it's worth stopping here but it's definitely not a site to go out of your way to see.

Sitting high above Brewers Bay, this beauty is rarely with visitors! A National Treasure, of the BVI. Respect the quiet beauty, imagine the time, long ago. Read the informative signage. Come away, in awe. Enjoy!

You can still see a windmill ruin here on Tortola. Roads aren't bad to get there and if you take the road up from Brewers Bay you will see more ruins along the way.

If you have limitless time on the island, and are really bored...visit. We did! Got pictures and we were happy to find it. It was by accident though due to we enjoy venturing and getting lost. Great way to see and feel an areas life! Keep in mind we love everything about Tortola and wish no harm. There is many to meet and much to see on the island, just don't think most would justify this spot's journey.
