The mud baths are great fun , never laughed so much , can not recommend this enough,
brilliant day for all the family .
Take lots of water and towels to wash the mud off , and bags for very dirty clothes.

We visited as a mixed group with children aged 2-10 and their parents.
We all had a brilliant time, once you know where you are going it's a very easy place to visit.
As far as I understand you contact them before you go, someone meets you at the gates and waits there whilst you're there, they wait next the showers/car park area. There are wooden walk ways to the pools. Pools mix in size and 'thickness', where possible stick with the thickest mud pools. The pools are different sizes but you can float in them, kids loved that bit and when the mud spills out to make a slide or two.
Suggestions; Wear old swimmers or old cloths, plenty of towels, water (some down to the pools with you to tip over faces etc), wet wipes, wet bags/plastic bags and a change of clothing.

We traveled here from Brunei which only took a border crossing and about 1hr 45mins, Its quite tricky to find as its in the middle of no where. A few of our friends had recommended it and I had seen some photos and it looked like good fun. We arrived and there is a little old lady that collects the fee and operates it you could say. Its 4MYR Per person which is about 70P in GBP There's a car park next to the main building that houses the toilets and the showers are at the rear. They have installed a massive water tank which means that the chance of water being available for showers is much higher then before as you had to hope that it had rained. The facilities are in much need of attention but as there are so few people who visit at the moment its not really a problem. Take plenty of towels, water, wet bags/plastic bags, wear old gym kit shorts t.shirt that sort of thing my daughter wore an old swim suit with long sleeve arms and legs, you get covered with mud pretty quickly. There is a wooden walkway that takes you down to the mud pools, its quite a large area and has lots of volcanoes bubbling up to the surface. There are craters big enough for several adults to fit into and lots of smaller ones for the kids. Some of them you cannot touch the floor of and you float its a surreal feeling. There are some areas that can be made in to mud slides which the kids loved. It didn't take long for everyone to be covered in mud and everyone had great fun. We stopped at Linggis for food and drink at the border it opens at 2pm.

We drove ourselves there from Brunei but I’m sure you can find a driver/bus service that can take you across the border, I am unsure if it’s open everyday we’ve been on a Saturday morning twice
