Nice little ski hill with lots of easy runs. The snow was quite good. Affordable prices compared to some other ski hills around here…

I reached the mountain via the bus shuttle from Rupert Skytrain. Excellent connection on an old school bus. I reserved a day rental of snowshoes and trail access as well all on the same ticket. Transfer from Rupert about 50 minutes.
The trails were really beautiful, marked trail about 70% open. Also did most of Dog Mountain trail until trail was washed out over small river. Deep and falling snow however everywhere.
Loses a point for very busy catering options leaving no alternative but to go without. Chose instead to forge on after asking for a glass of water. A walk up Espresso, hot chocolate, hot tea, cake facility would not go a miss. Would do well too. Loved Mt Seymour, Skiing looked excellent too.

Mountain does not have a lot of terrain for skiing but the conditions are the best of the 3 north shore mountains

We have been going here for snowboarding for many years and it is a good mountain for beginners on up. Staff is friendly and getting rental equipment is an easy process.

Mt / Mount Seymour snow tubing - yes, it's a lot of fun going down a run on your belly. No doubt there! This info is for the drivers as the venue doesn't really say how to get there. If you simply Google Map "Mount Seymour" it will take you somewhere OTHER THAN the snow tubing location. To get to the right place, Google Map "Mount Seymour Resort" which takes you through North Vancouver, past the Superstore on the right, and keep going until you see a Plaza on the left. That's Mt Seymour Parkway and you turn left there. As you go up the hill, you'll be stopped a few times as their employees will verify why you're headed up. So have your papers / online tix ready to show them. Snow tubing and tobogganing are at the same place (one goes left, other goes right in the parking lot).

On Jan 30th we had private snowboarding lessons booked for my children. The instructor was late and even left early as well. The instructions given was poor as well. When this happened, I was clearly upset, and went to speak to Gemma. She handled our situation very well and did an outstanding job to make sure our next lesson (Feb 7) was a success. Our new instructor was not only knowledgeable, patient, and had a gentle voice, he was practical in showing what the children needed to learn. I highly recommend Eric J, should you require any private lessons. Thank you for turning our bad experience, into sometime extraordinary!

I guess we came on one of the busiest days on a Tuesday because of the best snow conditions. There were only the 2 lifts open so at the quad there was very long line ups. There was no changing areas like in Grouse which is fine but it would have been nice to have it mentioned on their website. We managed to park close to the restaurant and there were a few outhouses . The scenery was lovely. The waitresses were quick and friendly as well as the ski attendees.

A good family hill. A few technical runs available but average skiers will have a great day. I would give 4.5 but Trip advisor doesn’t have that option

I booked my kids snow camp for January’s break. Worst experience ever.
My daughter got injured and they did not even provide her first aid.
When I wanted refund because my daughter was terrified to go there, they charged me $25 per day fee.
It’s very unorganized and waste of money. Grouse amounts in snow school is cheaper and better teachers.

Scammers... I bought 2 tickets for the NYE Family First Night. They cancelled the event but they refused to pay me back the money. I called the customer service and they said a manager would be in touch... they never did...

I’m a little worried about parking. I’m doing it solo with 2 small kids and most likely be carrying all their gear. Where would I park making it the closest distination for skiing?
Rédigé le 20 mars 2018
Parking is not an issue there - staff are most helpful!

What will the snow pack be like in march? Wanting to send the kids to ski lessons.
Rédigé le 7 février 2017
Usually by march, the snow is gone but this year could be different with all the snow. Just check their website.

Is snow tubing open yet? We will be there Nov 17-22. What should I wear to go tubing?
Thanks!!
Rédigé le 16 novembre 2016
Good morning, unfortunately we don't have a snow base to have the resort open as of yet, so tubing is closed still. For tubing and tobogganing in general we would recommend waterproof boots and pants and a warm winter jacket. Depending on the outside temperatures a thermal layer is recommended. Feel free to come up and go for a walk on the trails around here though! On the weekends our retail and pop up coffee shop is open already, so you can warm up with a coffee or tea.
