We were guests of the farmhouse for two nights so felt a connection to the farm and our hosts. A great setting and backdrop to be working in our outdoor prep kitchen and learn so much about cooking in a really fun environment. Bonus was to be able jump in and help the team bottle tomatoes. Totally recommend as a genuine experience.

Let me just say that Salvatore, Mario and the chefs, and other staff were fantastic! Very welcoming and friendly. It was a great day with my family in a beautiful setting at an Italian family’s home. 4 or 5 generations! Started out with a little breakfast and coffee at the farmhouse. We went out to the garden and picked tomatoes, basil, parsley and peppers, saw the farm animals then went to prepare our food. All hands on deck. Small group of 10 or 12. We made ALOT of gnocchi, stuffed fried zucchini florets, fresh turbot fish and tomatoes, caprese lemon chocolate cake and more. They taught us how to make all these step by step.( homemade tomato sauce was already done ahead of time and fish was cleaned and filleted by the chef). Then Everyone sat and ate what we prepared in a beautiful outdoor setting with plenty of wine to go around and limoncello. A bonus is getting picked up and dropped off at our hotel. We were so full that we did not eat dinner that night! It’s a “must do” while in Sorrento.

Very relaxing place to take the class. Lots of fun with the chefs as well as the host brothers. Didn't realize it would just be the two of us in the class. Really great experience and loved taking our time to enjoy the fruits of our labor at the end.

I would highly recommend having this experience. We traveled from the U S to Italy for a two week vacation. Out of all the things that we did this was definitely the most enjoyable. The food that we learned to make was incredible and the location was absolutely amazing. The hospitality that we received was fantastic. Everything was wonderful!!!

Fantastic experience. Chef Antonio and the family that owns the restaurant and hotel were phenomenal. They picked us up at the hotel. Offered light breakfast. Took tour of the family farm that they use to make their own olive oil, Limecello, vegetables, rabbit, chicken, pasta.
We made a four course meal yesterday. Started with a black rice salad, fried zucchini flour stuffed with ricotta and mozzarella, homemade gnocchi with homemade tomato sauce and mozzarella, eggplant parmigiana worth a glass red wine or Limecello if you prefer. Finish with almond cheesecake. Beautiful view with wonderful food. Highly recommend.

Our favorite thing we experienced, and we went for a week in Italy and then a cruise through Italy, France and Spain! This was top notch! Found a local farm/hotel through the ever tour trap visitor/trip advisor and took a cooking class. Italian authentic barely English speaking chef and all. They live off their gardens and waters, make their own wine, etc. Ended up spending 6 hours there, eating and drinking and chatting… while they set up for a 25 year vow renewal. Best experience ever. People were fantastic. Congrats to Margo and Anthony!!!! We are not “tourist driven experience” so we thought this was a good fit and it was fantastic. We wanted authentic and we got it. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

The food was amazing, fresh and was better than restaurants in Amalfi. The kitchen was cleaned after and the table was serviced beautifully. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for a private chef in the area.

Had a wonderful time at the cooking class. They were incredibly helpful prior to the class answering questions and it was a very easy transfer from the hotel. The location was stunning, nestled a few kilometres from Sorrento in the hills. Learning from the chefs was great and we got very involved in preparation of the food. The meal afterwards was delicious and included lots of extras. Overall a great experience and would highly recommend.

This was an amazing cooking class!! Truly an exceptional experience.
First, we were greeted by one of the family’s sons who took us to the farm house. Welcomed with open arms by the family with cappuccinos to start the morning.
Then, we got to experience real Italian cooking. It felt like you were at an Italian grandmothers kitchen, with a hands on experience. They walked us through everything, it was hands on/interactive and such a blast!
Finally, you get to enjoy the meal you cooked with their homemade wine and incredible views of sorrento.
Truly couldn’t recommend this experience more!!

We had a wonderful experience learning how to cook classic southern Italian dishes with this kind and welcoming family. After picking us up from our hotel, we were offered cappuccinos and a tour of the garden. We then spent time with our chef making stuffed fried zucchini blossoms, homemade gnocchi, eggplant parmigiana, and chocolate caprese cake. The family served everything with their homemade wine and taught us so much along the way. We thoroughly enjoyed the farm and the intimate atmosphere that the small group format afforded. Would 1000% recommend!
