If I could rate this no stars I would. They ask for your flight details, state they will wait for 60mins after your flight has landed (pre booking and post booking) but any delays more than 45mins they send the vehicle elsewhere and refer you to the last clause in the contract and leave you stranded. It’s at best deliberately misleading, at worst well, all I can say is at 22.30 after just one hr delay and left stranded with wife and 3 children I felt robbed and if you feel robbed you have been - AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Worst taxi service, I've ever received. There was a two-hour delay on the flight from Zurich to Naples. The taxi driver contacted me to say he was waiting for me and I advised him of the problem and that I would update him. He replied ok, but on arrival he wasn't there, I tried to contact him, but nothing, no answer, I had to take another taxi. For the return flight even worse, the taxi driver had arrived at the place and was further away, but even having my contact he didn't call me, on the contrary I had to call the company to be able to meet with him. Furthermore, even having 2 small children on the way, I put the suitcases in the taxi while he complained about the heat and on arrival at the airport he didn't even get off and did not say a word on arrival !!

A company to be avoided for arrogance and rudeness!!

This was such a terrible experience. In looking at this after a week or so now, I see that the system breakdown starts with unclear information about the pickup point. We have never been to Naples train station before… It’s BIG… We you get off the train (2 adults, 2 kids and 6 luggage) and go through the doors with 100’s of other travellers to find literally 30+ other drivers with signs waiting for passengers, you pretty much think this is where everyone gets picked up. But no, my transfer have a different pick up point, which is not clear in the instructions.

We waited and search for 20 minutes and found the main entrance to the train station, looked around there for another 5 minutes. Eventually caught another taxi. 2 minutes after catching that taxi I get a ‘1 ring call from a number’ (a ring and hang up straight away). For my mind, that enables the driver to say, “well I rang them”. I rang the number back straight away and it was the driver. He stated he was looking for us, but this is now 30 minutes after the booking. I have screen shots of the timing of the calls.
My Transfer, your terms and conditions state that the driver will wait 15 minutes then call if we haven’t found them, your driver called me/hang up, then I immediately called him back 30 minutes after the booking!

While searching for the driver I searched the My Transfer site for advice. It said to ring their help number. I COULD NOT find a phone number on their site at all. In the days following, I have found that, the phone number is at the very bottom of their mobile page, AND IS TOTALLY COVERED BY THE ‘SEARCH’ BUTTON.

In subsequent emails to My Transfer, I have tried to explain this, but they either don’t understand, or don’t care.

I have requested a refund, but My Transfer will not do it, stating their driver was there and we missed the booking. But from my point of view, you were not clear where we had to meet, and more importantly, even though your Ts & Cs state the driver will call you 15 minutes after the booking if the connection has not been made, your driver called us 30 minutes after the booking. Finally you help number on your website is ridiculous. When a customer needs assistance, a help number needs to be big and bold and easy to find.

Do not use this company. There are many others. We have used My Day Trip for longer trips and they have been incredible. 5 trips and 5 5star reviews.

Viator was terrible!! Unreliable and would NEVER use them again! The driver was over an hour late picking us up at Naples airport . Then Viator canceled our ride to Sorrento from
Naples the night before leading us stranded during a taxi strike!! We canceled everything Else we had booked with them it would never ever use them again!!

I visit the Sorrento coast every year flying in to Naples Airport, on departure there never any staff to advise you of your desk issued for Departure they are always to busy talking to each other or dismiss as not knowing
This evening on arrival at the airport no desk number was on the board so I searched for the carriers logo, at the end of the desk 3 staff members who guess what… were busy talking to each other, when I finally got one staff members attention he said I should go and look at the main board at the entrance even though there was a screen above his head, luckily a fellow passenger said I was stood in the right place
Less talking and do your jobs you just let the airport down
