We stumbled upon Windarra Honey randomly and unexpectedly while on our way up north of Perth, and were super pleasantly surprised!!!! it's a family business so their store is at their backyard so don't expect too much... but the products are super high quality and an affordable reasonable rate, and what's more - you get to learn more about honey and bees and taste lots of diff. kinds of honey from the lovely owners

Decided to come here though from front not so appealing as the shop was quite small. And no customer except us. But turned out well. Warmth welcome from the lady owner, she passionately explain each type of honey and provide disposable spoon for us to try. I decided to buy the mild taste and the honey drink. It was so refreshing and decent price.

這間舖是一對夫婦開的, 他們很有耐心的介紹自家製的蜂蜜, 也給我們試味, 還替我們購買的蜂蜜包裝得很好, 讓我們可整個盒子放入行李箱

Wonderful family-owned honey farmer. Please support these really hardworking and passionate owners. Full of enthusiasm and the honey is brilliant. Affordable but very high quality produce. I hope the next generation of this farm will take it to the next level in the modern soceity. Manuka step aside. :)

This is just a small building with a display beehive where the owner explains how the honey is made and how it is extracted. Very enthusiastic owner and lovely honey. Good prices for honey vis-a-vis prices back home. Just not able to carry so much back cos of the weight. The display beehive is really interesting - worth a visit just to see how it is like on the inside of a hive.

Firstly I don’t like honey(or so I thought) I went here with my son & daughter-in-law as a speed grazing tour. I unwilling thought I should try as proprietor was so lovely and didn’t want to offend him. Well I can honestly say I’m a convert, it tasted amazing so much so I bought some and brought it back to Scotland with me. Just wish I could get some more.

You can tell the owner is very passionate in what she does as well as knowledgeable. She explained the tastings very enthusiastically even though that might be the tenth time she was doing it that morning. Their different honey had very distinct flavour profiles. We bought a few and loving it.

I'm so glad we decided to give this place a chance. We almost didn't want to as it was getting late and raining, and we didn't have a positive experience at the other honey place in Swan Valley. It may not look much from the outside, but we have absolutely NO regrets making this our last stop on our Swan valley day trip. This is a lovely family-run business and they take care to ensure that their bees are taken care of, their honey is of quality, and it isn't mass produced.

Upon walking in, we were greeted by the couple’s daughter Jenna, and she gladly showed us around, taking the time to show and explain the process and telling us the difference of the various type of honey available in their shop. We spent quite a bit of time talking to her and her dad, Phil. Phil definitely knows his stuff and he shared some insights about Malaysian honey and their honey. Jenna also explained how to best use the honey and how it should be stored. We ended up buying two types of honey from Windarra - the Yate and the Karri. Great value for money. The bottles were plastic wrapped for safe transportation back home.

On a side note, we got the fed the hairy-coos in the field next door, and that was fun. I would highly recommend making a stop at Windarra, and buying some of their honey on your Swan Valley trip. We would definitely come back here.

We visited this humble shop of Phil and his wife. This little shop is not fanciful or commercialized. However, this enthusiastic couple soon overwhelmed us with the vast knowledge of honey and their bees. Needless to say, they are generous with the samples which allow us to know which flavor is our favorite. The honey tastes so good and thick. So we ended up getting 4 of the 3kg tub. Only when we returned home, we truly appreciate the quality of this honey, which is so different from those that are bought from the supermarket although they are also from Australia. It is the best and pure honey that we have ever tasted!

Now that we have tasted Windarra Honey, there is no other choice. We should have gotten more, but carry them back to Singapore is quite a task. Many friends are also trying to reach out to your honey. We love your honey!!! In this era of e-commerce, your customers are boundaryless. We really hope that Phil can look into chances of ordering online from their website and sending overseas.

Windara honey is really a trustable beekeeper that delivers quality honey. Visiting them makes a day tour to Swan Valley a true experience.
