Noureddine at Culture Insider exceeds expectations in EVERY WAY. We booked a full day tour with him in Fes, and, EVERYTHING about it was just AMAZING. We combined the food tour with the hidden gems and highlights tour, and could not have had a better experience. He was so patient when we asked lots of questions and wanted to see extra things. We overran by two hours, but he was so courteous and accommodating regardless of that. Culture Insider also organised other parts of our trip superbly- transport between cities and accommodation- all at very reasonable rates and with great quality delivery. Everything ran really smoothly- they were the stars of our whole 18 day trip. We cannot recommend Noureddine and Culture Insider too highly- they are just ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING. Book whatever you can with them- you can't go wrong!!!

We had an incredible tour of Fez with Noureddine! He’s not only super knowledgeable about Fez and Morocco but also speaks perfect English, making everything easy to follow. Beyond his expertise, he’s just a genuinely wonderful person to spend time with. We booked this tour for our last day in Fez, but honestly, we wished we’d done it sooner so we could have squeezed in a second tour with him! Don’t hesitate—book a tour with Culture Insider and make the most of your time in Fez!

Long after arriving home, we are still enjoying the effects of meeting Meryem and visiting her beautiful country…lovely people, wonderful food and amazing history. We loved the Fez medina tour as well as our delightful cooking class in the home of a wonderful local family. Meryem is eloquent, educated and fun to be with, making her a wonderful tour guide. She is a lovely person inside and out and we are so happy to have experienced her country's rich culture through her eyes.

We travel a lot, all over the world and the experience with Meryem at Culture insider was the best we have had so far-that's ever!! From the moment of getting in touch, through to building the itinerary that we wanted, choosing hotels and restaurants, working out when to have drivers and guides and when to remain at leisure, each stage was handled with speed, knowledge, competence and enthusiasm
Once the trip began, even in the airport before getting on the plane, Meryem was to hand, checking that things were happening as planned and making adjustments as needed.
When we encountered issues (which were nothing to do with the Culture insider), Meryem helped us receive compensation from one of the hotels on our itinerary and it was clear every time we met up with a guide, driver or someone running a hotel, that she was in touch with them to ensure that things went smoothly
If you are going to Morocco, she is THE person to contact, for sure
Thank you Meryem for enabling us to have such a wonderful trip

I had the great pleasure of working with Culture Insider to plan a long awaited trip to Morocco.
I chose them very carefully. The communications were so easy as they are fluent in English and very responsive along every step of the way. They were open to planning the whole tour or just a portion of it. As an experienced international traveller and previous airline employee I thought I could plan part of the tour independently. After the first couple of days with their excellent guide I changed my mind and had them take over the entire two week tour. My tour was custom made to perfection.
What I totally appreciated with the guide was that he quickly understood our interests and as a result took us to some unforgettable places that were not on the original plan.
I look forward to a return trip to this beautiful country.

A trip to Morocco had always been on my wish list. The staff of Culture-Insider made my dream come true. Having experienced the culture, I knew I had to return for a second visit. I had fallen in love with the colors, food, artwork, architecture, history and people. Morocco was all I had hoped it would be. I will definitely use the services of Culture-Insider a third time to make another visit as memorable as the first two. Without Culture-Insider I don't think my experience would have been as broad and wide. My husband had this to say: Four of us took the Fassi Foodie Tour with a wonderful guide named Meryem. She gave us an insider's look at the culture of Morocco though its fabulous food. The tour involved wandering through the medina enjoying a variety of small portions. We would never have been able to find these shops on our own. All four of us enjoyed everything. When we return to Morocco we will take the same tour again. Thank you, Meryem, you were a delight. Both my husband and I highly recommend the services of Culure-Insider.

I cannot praise the Fassie Foodie Tour with Asmae enough! I am not a foodie, but was looking to discover how food and cooking have a place in Moroccan culture as it seems to be such an intrinsic part. I learnt this and so much more thanks to my foodie expert Asmae. One of the many highlights was visiting the honey souk, leaning about the importance of honey in Islam and its healing properties. The tour provides a local's insight into medina life. It became a cultural tour as much as a food tour, which was exactly what I was looking for. Thank you for making my time in Fez unforgettable!

What a wonderful way to experience Morocco! Instead of feeling like an outsider gazing in, we were welcomed and showed around as if we were one of the family. Our food tour was especially memorable, meeting all the food vendors, visiting cafes, and tea houses, drinking raisin juice and sampling the wonderful bessara soup at a street stall. Highly recommend Culture Insider for the heart and soul they bring to the table and the flexible customisation.
