I booked a transfer from Kyrgyzstan to Kazakhstan, but did not immediately get confirmation from BEX in the email (different with mentioned in website), there was only confirmation of payment (FreedomPay) not from BEX.
A day after that, the BEX admin sent a message via WhatsApp only confirming that the booking had been received (not via email like the information on the website). It seems that the car used by BEX is not owned by BEX but in collaboration with a third party.
Confirmation of vehicle, driver details, car type and license plate was sent Day-1 with a different WhatsApp number.
Then, everything went smoothly from being picked up until heading to the border entrance until exiting the border and arriving at the Kazakhstan border. The problem began when the driver who picked me up did not take us to the car with the same number as the information submitted by BEX (brand new white Camry to an older black Mercy) even though I saw the white Camry parked there.
I refused to get into the different car. The driver, car, license plate were totally different. There were some men there (they couldn't speak English btw just relying on google translate) who tried to explain and convince me that the black Mercy was also from BEX. I insisted that BEX must clarify and explain to me. Unfortunately, none of the 4 WhatsApp numbers used by BEX could be contacted, either by phone or text, even though the website says 24H/7 support. This went on for a while with the atmosphere at the border getting quiet around 7 pm. Finally, there was a BEX number that could be contacted and told me that it was true that the black Mercy was also from BEX. I complained, because it made customer confused and become late arrived at the destination. BEX admin even didn’t mention the reason and say any apology. Disappointed.
PS: Both of the driver in Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan are not speaking english fluently.

I requested from beginning to talk with someone at Support in English and the communication afterwards was really good. Thabks Nargis!
We were 2 friends traveling for fun but having to catch our plane back home from Bishkek Manas Airport. We were tight on our travel dates and time and quite nervouals about the entire arrangement. But the communication was very good, our worries lessened after going though details and realizing this business is solid.
The first assigned drivers were chaotic, changing and kept writing to me in whatsup without me knowing who they are and that the assigned known driver has changed, but overall everything in the end went smoothly and exactly as planned: departure place (Almaty 2 trainstation), date and time, then the border crossing where we were awaited by the second driver, and the arrival time and place.
The drivers didn't know English and after some forth and back they connected and talked to eachother making sure we make it fine with the by-walking border crossing and car switch.
Also support assisted and contacted to make sure all is good despite being outside normal support hours, as I understand (weekend night).
Thanks a lot I definitely recommend! have some patience and all will be alright.

Unique Kok-Moinok Canyon, located in the Boom Gorge on the way to the Issyk-Kul Lake about 150 km from Bishkek. Name of village is same. The mountainous landscape by red-yellow sandstone, with many thousands of history of relief corrosion, winding passages are up to 2.5 km long, Incredible wonder of nature. The guide Nargeeza is amazing and quite helpful in understanding the geographical importance of this unique canyon. The hike through the narrow pathways and short climb was most memorable experience to be cherished forever.

I booked a taxi service and they changed the price over the phone! I have never seen that before. Pretty sure that will continue to happen until next week, when I have to be in Almaty. Oh and they want you to pay in advance - avoid!

I contacted BEX via email and the responses were very quick which I really appreciated. I arranged for a driver to pick us up at the Korday Border in Kazakhstan to drop us off at our hotel in Almaty - DoubleTree Almaty. We paid 2600 som in cash.
Initially they sent me the driver information with the name, phone number, car type and license plate. Then they changed the driver the day before. On the day we crossed the border from Kyrgyzstan, I could not find our driver so I emailed BEX and they changed the driver yet again and we had to wait 10 minutes for him to show up. We were told the original driver got sick.
The car they used was an older Mercedes but it was quite comfortable. The drive took 3.5 hours because there was some road construction.
When we walked out to Korday, there were actually ALOT of drivers asking if we wanted to go to Almaty. We even had someone say he would take us for 10000 tenge which is quite a bit less than what we actually paid. So if you don't mind negotiating a bit, you can get a car pretty easily. However, if you want peace of mind, I would recommend BEX. When I contacted other companies, it was actually quite a bit more.
