We booked a cab from shimla till narkanda-kalpa and chitkul and back to shimla for 4 days from maharana cabs. The mediator Manish Singh from Shimla is a fraud do not book with him!! He assurred me everything will be covered including sightseeings of narkanda, kalpa, sangla, chitkul. He
gave me driver details at the last minute and since then his tanturums started, he harrassed me over the narkanda hatu peak and told me sightseeing does not include this although it was agreed before. He is just an mediator who takes his commission and after taking advance will not bother calling you and you have to chase him each and every time. He promised us something and does not tell this to the driver and then the confusion happened. He threaten me and the driver and even verbally abused. i will be taking strict action against him and if needed will be filing an FIR too.

Good timely pickup , clean car and careful driving. The driver details were also provided way in advance.

Recently booked a cab from maharana cabs from shimla. I found the number online with great rating. Unfortunately, my experience was very bad. The driver was highly unprofessional. He even did not bother about the proposed itenary for travel. Trip was for kufri and narkanda. He refused to go to hatu peak and asked for additional money for going to hatu peak, however it was included in the travel plan. Beaware from these fake ratings and enquire from local people before booking for trip. I wanted to give zero rating but it allows to mark only 1.

Excellent driver (Kamlesh ) , well maintained cab , with all safety protocols followed by driver , good service , will recommend to all my friends and relatives , when they visit Udaipur to use Maharana cab services . Thanks Kamlesh for your wonderful service for all three days . Thanks Raju Bhai for your vehicle and staff

We did a tour with maharana cabs on october 20th 2020.
After corona lockdown
Their services are extra ordinary, under promising and over delivering.
We did south goa tour and north goa tour with maharana cabs, tejas was very supportive.
He gave us driver named anwar bhai. This guy was very humble and showed us places that were not even in itinerary and did not bothered us about time.
Totally recommended

Pre booked a taxi ride from Udaipur Airport to Narlai in advance.. Communication was excellent until we arrived very tired after a long journey at the airport. THEY DIDN'T SHOW UP.. Because our local sim card wasn't activated we had to use our UK Sim card so we could call them on WHATSAPP and ask them where they were, and if they were going to turn up. We are honest people and didn't want them turning up and we had already left with someone else.. That wouldn't be very nice eh!! . They didn't answer after many attempts and it just went to voicemail. . We gave up and were so disappointed with these people..Got home to a huge bill from our mobile phone company. £45 extra which is about 4500 INR...Absolutely furious with these unprofessional people.. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY AS THEIR IS A GOOD CHANCE THEY WILL LET YOU DOWN!!

sorry for your bad experience. we are sorry that this occured with you, we will check with our udaipur office about your issue. Sometimes booking instructions are never clear so in this case both parties get in confusion. booking through whats app messages is not acceptable. in that case we never get clear instructions what to do. And also bookings are never confirmed without some advance or token money.
If these were the cases with you then we are sorry that we couldn't do anything.
we are very sorry for your bad experience.
we will personally check with the representative with whom you coordinated so that next time it does not happen with any other traveler.

I hired maharana cabs for my trip to manali and nearby areas. They were very supportive and guided us through whole trip. I contacted maharana cabs manali office and they took care of everything for me.

I booked a cab for Shimla taxi from maharaana cabs they provided me with good driver who was cooperative and friendly. Overall our trip was very good

We went to shimla in April and hired maharana cabs. They were awesome and guided us with every step of booking. All-over our tour was very good.

I completed a solo travelling journey with maharana cabs. The driver was very soft spoken and i enjoyed a lot. everything is properly managed .
