Though somewhat lacking in ambience and 25-30% more pricey than average, the technique and diligence of the masseuse more than made up for it. It's along the hotel belt in Nusa Dua (within walking distance from Apurva Kempinski & Hilton), offering much convenience to those staying in the area who don't feel like venturing too far for a decent massage without incurring premium prices charged by hotel spas.

리뷰를 잘 남기는 편이 아니지만 정말 좋았던 기억이 있어 이렇게 리뷰를 쓰게 됩니다. 사장님이 매우 친절하시고 설명도 잘해주시고 4박5일 발리 여행에 3일이나 로즈힐 스파를 이용하고 특히 어머니와 누나가 매우 만족하여 어려운 부탁이지만 당일 예약을 하고 마사지 잘 받을수 있었습니다. 발리 누사두아쪽 로즈힐스파 마사지 강력하게 추천드립니다. 어머니와 누나가 마사지를 받는 동안 저는 기다려야 하는 상황에 사장님께서 편하게 쉴수 있는 자리를 마련해주어서 편하게 기다릴수도 있었고 심심하실까봐 말도 잘 걸어 주시고 정말 친절에 감사했습니다.

Delightful therapeutic (traditional) Balinese massage. Shouted mum to a Mother’s Day 90min massage + facial. One of the most relaxing massages I have had.
A driver collected and greeted us from the door and delivered us back to where we were staying once we had finished up.
The entire team were very welcoming on arrival and on send off we were waved goodbye at the car.
Tea before and after was delish.
For someone who has experienced a number of massages from multiple countries I highly recommend the professionalism from the team and humbleness they showed.
Mother was also highly relaxed after a great morning.

After weeks of massages at various spas in Nusa Dua, Seminyak, UBUD etc. We have unanimously declared RoseHill the best spa in Bali.
Car pickup - new comfortable SUV
Massage- one hour, two hour, four hands- all excellent!
Facials- several steps, products, facial finger massage, masks, everything!!!!
Hair Conditioner- shampoo followed by long scalp massage on chaise lounge with fabulous aloe conditioner, shampoo and blow dry leaves your hair silky for days. ( they do not use curling irons as heat damages hair).
Highly recommend The Highness package!
Men and women in our group all agree this is the BEST SPA!!

We had the signature 2 hour massage today as a couple. Wow! Cost around $75 AUD each and it was the best massage we’ve ever had.
Every part of the body was covered with care and expertise. The staff were wonderful and friendly. The spa itself was clean and tidy. We’ll definitely be back.

Better than the sports physio in Perth w.Aust,and any massage I’ve ever had.
Couldn’t recommend the ladies Lilik and Deffy they are exceptional and after being to Rosehill every time for the last five years,once a year averaging three to four massages each we look forward to the experience at Rosehill as much as our holiday.
My partner won’t go anywhere else and Lilik is attentive,constantly ask’s about the pressure,and is everything alright,Tracy is very comfortable and trust’s Lilik 100%

Pleasantly surprised. They answered their WhatsApp message immediately & accommodated us for a 1 hour massage at 5pm.
They also collected & took us back to our accommodation (15min drive)
As always the staff were so polite, so humble & grateful to have the business.

Very nice service including transportation. Facility was very clean and staff are professional. The owner is a very nice polite guy. Got 5% discount by paying cash. Will be back definitely.

다른 사람과 착각하시네요. 우리는 할인이나 사과를 받은적이 없습니다. 지난 리뷰는 제가 지운게 아니고 지워져 있어서 다시 올린겁니다. 그때 들어가서 차한잔을 다 마시기도 전에 트립어드바이저에 누가 악플을 달았다면서 열변을 토했고 우린 왜 그런말을 우리에게 하는지 의아했으며 친절이 가식적으로 보였습니다. 마사지나 있었던 일은 사실대로 리뷰했을 뿐인데 거짓말을 한다며 인신 공격을 하시네요. 정중한 것이 무엇인지 알려주셔서 감사합니다.

사장님이 착각하고 있다고 몇번을 얘기했건만 같은 얘기만 반복하네요. 현지 지인은 한국 사람이 아니라 발리 사람입니다. 본인의 착각으로 스토리를 재구성하고는 손님에게 거짓말한다며 누명이나 뒤집어 씌우는게 제대로 된겁니까? 계산조차도 제가 하지 않았어요.
거짓말은 당신이 하고 누명이나 뒤집어 씌우는건 명예훼손입니다.
이 곳은 개인적인 견해를 올리는 곳입니다. 서비스에 실망하고 맘에 들지 않는 사람도 있습니다.
지금 사장님이 취하는 태도가 사장님이 주장하는것처럼 잘못된 서비스를 개선하는 방법인가요?
전 솔직한 후기를 썼을뿐인데 인격적인 모독을 한게 사장님입니다. 본인이 하는 행동 파악을 먼저하시기 바랍니다. 손님에게 악플이나 다는 사장님 교묘하게 거짓말하지 마시기 바랍니다.
다시한번 말하지만 사장님이 주장하는 사람은 다른 사람입니다.
발리 지인도 한국인이 아니라 현지인이고, 할인 받은 적도 없습니다!!!!
