Words truly cannot describe the day of exhilaration and fun I have had. Many thanks to Mulele and all who took care of me today! I did the unlimited adrenaline package with free helicopter ride (included gorge swing, abseiling, and zip lining in two different positions). The gorge swing was definitely the highlight, so much so that I did it 3 times! The one limiting factor for the swing and abseiling, is the hike back up afterwards, but the reward was well worth it. I felt entirely safe the whole time. We crossed into Zimbabwe for the helicopter ride and were able to see the whole falls, including the rainbow (which shows when the sun is shining). Mulele made the whole process of crossing customs and moving from one activity to the next extremely smooth.

We planned for one full day of "adventure" activities at the falls and were disappointed when our day began with rain. But our guide Mulele could not have been better. He planned the day perfectly, could not have been more organized or helpful and made sure our day was not only perfect but also easy and fun. We booked the "Unlimited Adrenalin plus Free Helicopter Flight" and it was absolutely the best choice. We could choose from practically any activity they offered, in any order, and Mulele simply made it happen. He was flexible to our energy level and interests. He also has a wealth of knowledge about the area and is a pleasure to be around for the day. The activities also all were run expertly by the staff and we always felt that we were in good hands. I recommend Zambezi Eco Adventures and Mulele without reservation.

This was one of the most fun things we did while in the Vic Falls area. First off, Mulele is the most amazing human on earth. He not only booked this all day adventure for us, but he was our guide all four days we were in town. He booked activities and was just the most amazing guide ever. I would highly recommend hiring him for your time in town. The Eco Adventure activities were awesome. We did all of them, including the gorge swing which was so thrilling. We had four kids and even our 9 year old did the gorge swing! So memorable and the crew was fantastic. We felt safe the whole time and now have a lifelong friend in Mulele. Thank you!!!

Amazing tour with this company. Did abseiling and flying fox over a gorgeous gorge for an experience of a lifetime. Was extremely satisfied with how the crew made sure all safety precautions are taken and how everyone is comfortable with the activity. Everyone at the crew was also friendly and extremely accommodating. My tour guide, Mulele, was the best tour guide I've ever had and wants nothing short of 100% satisfaction for his clients. He made sure that I was satisfied with all the activities, even going as far as to giving me a free tour of the falls before the end of my tour and taking multiple pictures of me to ensure the perfect shot is achieved. He also has the most incredible prices of every activities in the area, sometimes even 50% less than the advertised rates, and equally as good. Could not recommend Zambezi Eco Adventures, and Mulele, enough.

The Eco Adventure website states that the Zipline is from $55 and the Abseiling from $80. That equals 'from' $135. I was charged $170!
No credit card facility was available which resulted in the accounts person and the driver taking me to THREE different banks late on Saturday afternoon before I was finally able to withdraw the cash needed to pay.
A very unsatisfactory experience that marred an otherwise acceptable albeit exceptionally EXPENSIVE, 45 minutes of activities!
Sort out your payment facilities if you intend to do business in a seamless manner!

We booked the unlimited adrenalin with Devil's Pool and Livingstone Island Tour and it was the best thing we did in Vic Falls! The package included the entire day and two meals. They picked us up from our hotel in Zimbabwe, took us through border control, and drove us to the Livingstone Hotel for the start point of the Livingstone Island Tour. We then took a boat to the island and our tour guide walked us all across the falls. We then got an adrenaline rush in the Devil's Pool and the guides got incredible pictures of us! Next, they took us back to the island and provided us with a BLT croissant brunch and drinks. Then we got back on the boat and our captain took us to get a closer look at a pod of nearby hippos! The truck driver met us back at the boat landing at the hotel and drove us to the gorge for the zipline, abseling, gorge tour and swing. We started with abseiling and loved it! *Tip: If you abseil down, you must hike back up the gorge. The hike is not for everyone. You must be in relatively good shape to hike back up a rocky trail in the sun.* They did provide us bottled water throughout the entire day and during our hike back. We opted not to do the gorge swing, as the swing requires a hike back up as well, so they allowed us to do the zipline 3 times instead of 2! We got to do a regular "seated" zipline and the flying fox (superman). The zipline went right across the gorge and was incredible! Next they fed us lunch from the Hungry Lion (fried chicken and fries) with a drink. Then, the truck driver drove us to the Vic Falls Park in Livingstone (Zambia side) and walked us through the park. Finally, they took us back through border control and dropped us off at our hotel. We were gone all day and all of our transportation was arranged for us. This package is the best package Vic Falls has to offer! The staff was extremely friendly and attentive! Would recommend this package to anyone who loves adventure that's also budget-friendly!

We booked the gorge swing online a while ahead, it said we got one free cruise pass but no info about that free pass in the voucher. After few months of endless emails and messages with no reply, we got some attention and information about how it works and even booked a boma dinner. Through the chat and email it was good service but the actual experience was frustrating. None of the written pick up times/start time was true. Drivers are showing up in the wrong times and we were late for the Boma dinner, no one was at the entrance welcoming us with an African dance, didn't get any face paint or dressed, food was almost finished and some was just left overs. The next day we were picked up for abseiling and spent more than 30 minutes at the border because no one waited for us on the other side and lots of misunderstandings between drivers. We ended up arriving an hour late and in the hottest time of the day while no one told us we have to walk all the way up in the hot sun or that we should bring sunscreen/hat or extra water. The afternoon we were told we will be picked up for the sunset cruise at 3:30pm (even called to make sure!) and we were ready and no one showed up until 4:00 and again told us it's a misunderstanding. Well nothing went smooth I recommend them to try harder and recommend you to double check every single detail.

I did rap jumping, which is similar to Abseiling except that you face down the cliff towards the ground and not sit on the rope and face the cliff.

We did a sunset cruise with these guys and this is where we got a first hand experience of crossing the borders in such a manner. They handled everything seamlessly, they had people waiting on the other side to whisk us away, they even had our passport stamped for us. The staff + crew never left us alone for one second , they were with us the whole time and were extremely efficient and pleasant. It was perfect - thank guys!!
