As we left the GuangZhou Overseas Chinese Museum (TA reviewed) in HaiZhu Square I suggested to SWMBO a short walk to BaiMi Xiang (White Rice Alley) to see the new cat murals would be nice. The alley isn’t too far from the square but SWMBO’s legs were feeling the effect of two hours walking around the museum, so a taxi was hailed and off we set.
I was surprised when the taxi driver took us across the river going south over HaiZhu Bridge, then turned right and the right again and came back north over Jiefang Bridge. He told SWMBO that the one-way system was a nightmare, and this was the quickest way. Anyway, we eventually arrived at BaiMi Alley. It would have been quicker to walk!
We strolled along the narrow alley dodging the thousands of electric scooters. Yes, there was some murals of cats but for the life of me I can’t fathom out why they’re there. There are no cafes, no shops or even places to sit and admire them.
Our stroll along and back to where the taxi dropped us took us about 20 minutes.
At the end we turned right and then it began to get interesting as there were three or four musical instrument shops selling a variety of Chinese and Western instruments. Unfortunately, it also began to pour with rain, a real tropical downpour which cut short my browsing as SWMBO hailed a taxi to take us home. A pity as those shops look really interesting. I’m sure we’ll visit them before long.

Tempat ini saya jadikan untuk berburu oleh-oleh dengan harga normal tapi barang barangnya bagus. Seperti tempat belanja lainnya tapi tidak ada salahnya jika berbelanja kesini.

국경절 기간에 해주광장을 가게 되면, 이곳에 있는 건물 마천루에 조명으로 중국 국기를 그린 레이져 쇼를 볼 수 있다. 야경이 볼만 하다.

We went for an evening walk in Haizhu Square and the portion along the banks of the Pearl River. It and the surrounding area look so very beautiful and alive, when lit up at night.

这个广场在海珠桥边，周围有很多的批发市场。交通很方便，有地铁和公交。同时周围也有很多老城区的吃的。酒店宾馆也很多。晚上还可能有跳蚤市场这种东西。

空港からシャトルバスに乗って、広州中心部に行くために、この場所で降りました。ここから更に、市バスで各方面に移動できます。便利です。また行きたいです。

由廣州地鐵站海珠廣場站F出口出來便是一片綠油油的色彩，樹木，綠草如茵，但是附近便是鬧市商圈，有酒店，還有港澳直通巴士可乘搭（就在酒店側邊）。

El parque es muy normal pero cerca a esta zona hay muchas cosas para hacer, esta el paseo por el rio, el onelink plaza, beijin road, yide lu, muchos restaurantes y discotecas

Great place to go for shopping. There are lot of shop you can find anything you need. There is also a mall called one link plaza where you can buy souvenirs in cheap price (if you can bargain) because it is a wholesale market.
