My wife and I visited the gallery in March and fell in love with a Frazier sculpture they had. We bought it and unfortunately it was damaged when it was shipped. The folks at the gallery were amazing!! They quickly worked with the artist and had another piece made and shipped. It is beautiful and we couldn't be happier! Their customer service is over the top! Great works of art and great people... it doesn't get any better!

This is an excellent gallery to visit. What we enjoyed most was the variety of art in different styles. Jamie was informative without being pushy and brought out several pieces from the back that they did not have room to display once she learned what we were interested in. We ended up buying a painting by Rafe Terry and we love it. Since it is a large piece, the gallery owner, Peter, delivered it and hung it for no additional charge. His advice on lighting and placement were beyond helpful.

My wife and I visited this gallery in late September while on a long weekend in Phoenix. This gallery is on East Main Street where 3-hour parking on the street is free. It is located 25 minutes from the B&B where we stayed in Phoenix (ZenYard). We stopped by here first on Thursday night during the ArtWalk and then again on Saturday when we went back to the Scottsdale art district to revisit a few galleries we liked and see the ones that were closed when we got to them on Thursday night.
There is a lot of world-class art in this gallery and it is a two-level delight to visit. We saw excellent sculpture, wonderful paintings and lots of beautifully done artwork. And the space here is soaring and well arranged and used. So why didn't we assign 5 stars?
Well, the first time we visited the gallery, the woman manning it gave us a little space and time to look around. But when we went back Saturday, she followed us around from the moment we entered and kept up a running commentary on each and every item we stopped to examine. We speeded up to escape her, but failed to be able to do so. The result was that she constituted a serious distraction, reducing our ability to enjoy and consider what we were seeing. We might have asked the price of a couple of pieces, but we felt so harried that we found ourselves wanting to leave as soon as possible. You would think that she would have allowed us more space, given that we were return visitors, as we told her when we entered on Saturday; she even acknowledged that she remembered us from Thursday night. The result of her behavior was that we left quickly and went to other nearby galleries where they allowed us to consider and enjoy the artwork. Thus, we made our purchases in two other galleries, not the Marshall Gallery.
We must admit that the prices of the pieces we saw might well have been higher than we could afford. But how would we know?
