A family run winery on the road between Witchcliffe and Hamelin Bay. Call in to be looked after by one of the small group of people who manage this property and be taken through a full tasting. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here, mainly because of the lovely young lady who took us through the tasting but also I enjoyed the wines.

We did a wine and chocolate pairing with Paris and it was absolutely amazing. Great insight in to each wine and how it has matured over time. Great pairing with chocolate. Great view and location. Would recommend for a small, personalised wine tasting experience.

Their La Bratta Rosso is so good. And I was lucky enough to be there at the time of their Boxing Day special. Oh yeah.

We had a wonderful wine and chocolate pairing experience at Arlewood hosted by a very warm and friendly Paris who is obviously passionate about what she does and the wines at Arlewood. After tasting many traditional Margaret River Cab Savs and chardonnays, the La Bratta range was a very nice change and they are good, both the Bianca and the Russo. The chocolates from artisan chocolatiers, Temper Temper were also exceptional and were specially made for the tasting. We wished we had visited Arlewood earlier in our week long trip so we could have bought the wines to bring back home. Highly recommended.

Margaret River has hundreds of boutique wineries BUT, there are wineries and wineries. Lots showcase food and bought in products to intice potential customers however Arlewood is hidden between Cyprus and Lime trees creating a Bordeaux System style microclimate. They are not a huge producer but they do produce some of the best wines that I have ever tasted. The Cabernet outshines any French, Argentinian, Chilean or Lebanese wines. It is robust, fruity with great length and a wonderful nose. The owners are delighted to show you the vines and take you though the grape varieties and vintages. No show, no restaurant just honest to goodness outstanding wines. A must see - the only vineyard in the area surrounded by trees you cannot miss it.

We had some great lunches in Margaret River, mainly at the big wineries but we purchased most of our wine from Arlewood Estate. The La Bratta range is exceptional. Paris , our host, you are wonderful.

Interesting wines... I found myself loving a few whites more than reds which is rare for me... Paris was an informative, charming, and passionate host( & easy on the eyes)... The way these people immerse themselves into making unique wines will keep me coming back again & again to see what they come up with. ♥️ Don't skip this one... It's a gem.
