Please do not use this service as they did not turn up and after an hour for my husband and I waiting they refused us a refund as they said we were a no show regardless of the fact their driver called us a hour later than the pick up Time to say he had the wrong number for His end. Awful service and we ended up paying for an Uber as well. Please don’t make the same mistake as us.

On August 28, 2023 I booked a car service for my
supervisor who is a VP of a shoe retailer. shortly after
booking (around 5 minutes) his plans changed and I had to
cancel the reservation. I called and spoke to customer
service about receiving a refund and I was told it would take
about 7-10 business days. On September 5 I sent an email
to the company to follow-up on the status of the refund and
received no response. On September 14, I called and was
told they would handle my refund immediately. September
19, still no refund so I made another call and was told they
were having computer issues and would be another 15
days. I also received this email on 9/19 from the company
"Dear *********, I just talked to you over the phone. We are
very sorry for the delay. We are working on your refund. It
takes some extra time because we have an issue on our system and the software . We considered your request a priority . When we finish our update we will refund your
money for the reservation that you booked last minute. It
takes up to two weeks. Thank you for understanding . Thx

I have sent multiple emails (received zero responses) and
made several phone calls since, but as of today, November
7, I still do not have a refund. I spoke to Lydia in customer
service a couple of times prior to today, and she seemed
like she cared about my situation, but after sending an email
yesterday and getting no response, I can clearly see she
does not

Servicio impecable. Realizan el contacto directamente por whastapp para conocer en tiempo real la ubicación del pasajero y el estado del vuelo. En nuestro caso tuvimos la mala suerte de sufrir una cancelación en el vuelo de Nueva York - Orlando y estuvieron pendientes de la nueva situación para recogernos a la llegada en Orlando pese a variar la fecha inicialmente programada. Idem para el traslado de vuelta. Los vehículos estaban muy bien equipados, eran muy confortables y en ambos casos tuvimos la suerte de contar con dos conductoras muy agradables hispanohablantes. Puntuales y con un servicio 100% recomendable.

Driver did not arrive with car seats (which we paid extra for) and texted and swerved the entire ride. I sent photos of the texting and mentioned the no car seats to the company, and noone even responded. Not a safe service for those with children (or anyone).

Not cheap by any means, but we needed a car with a rear facing car seat. They were at the airport when we got there, waiting in baggage claim. Car was spotless, car seat was correct, the driver was careful and paid attention to the road. We had a large car with the extra back seat and plenty of truck space. I had them pick us up for our return flight too. They were also great about texting me the driver's name, his phone number and location. Loved that.

7 PASSENGER'S, 2 of them kids. Rented M-Benz Hightop van. 7 year old required emergency bathroom. We requested stop at store coming up on Rt, driver said no.....?????? we have an child bathroom emergency situation and driver said no. Confronted driver once dropped at destination. " if mother of child demanded you stop, you stop!. Driver said you should thank me for no stopping and continued his BS on how he was in the right, he had a schedule to maintain, how he couldn't by law pull into a store, and on and on..... DO NOT USE THIS NON CUSTOMER SERVICE

Booked in advance to have us picked up at MCO. They did not show. It was a Sunday morning. I called the number 5 times and left messages but nobody called back. I finally just booked an Uber and it was there within 5 minutes.

I did call them back on Monday and did get a hold of somebody. I did receive a full refund.

Terrible. If I could say "Don't book these guys" any more strongly, I would. Booked them to take my family home from Orlando International Airport after a long day on an international flight and they cancelled literally at the very moment they were supposed to meet us on the baggage claim curb. Totally unreliable.

Late and unprofessional. The google reviews are pretty much all the same story too - late or straight up didn’t show. What’s worse is that he drove like a mad man to make up time which left us terrified and car sick. Do not book!!

Terrible service. Extremely rude. I have 10 calls and 2 emails trying to confirm a ride this morning once we disembarked from our cruise. Emails got crossed and they were not waiting for us, despite my email sent at 6am confirming the pick up (per their request). Not my issue they don’t check their emails. We called dispatch 11 times(!) and it picks up? A recoding says, “you’re on hold” and then it hangs up on you. My husband and finally got ahold of them and the dispatcher was extremely rude. Said they’d pick us up in an hour and they were busy since it’s a holiday (again - not my issue - YOUR the “logistics” company. We told them we would not wait. We have over $1000 in Disney tickets and one day to use them. I asked for a refund - he refused. I will just take care of it through AmEX, but if he was more reasonable he wouldn’t have me posting all of these negative reviews. Just don’t want him ruining others vacation!
