フェリーもスパも送迎者も何も予約されていなかった。問い合わせても誰も電話に出ない。スパのオーナーは６か月前にこのサイトを中止にしたと言っていた。オーナーと話して、スパとランチと帰りの送迎車だけは対応してくれた。ただ、帰りの送迎車はアルファードではなく、普通の車に乗り合い。 返金を要求する

Thank you for your feedback. As mentioned during your visit, we have turned off our Viator in mid 2021 mainly because the ferry ticket has increased from SGD 48 pre-covid to SGD 73 post-covid. Hence the price of the package no longer stands ever since the reopening of the Singapore - Batam ‘s border. We are not sure on the reason why you could still proceed with the purchase via Viator. My sincere apologies on this.
Nevertheless, we are glad that we could still host you during your visit for the Spa Treatments, complimentary lunch and complimentary transport without any additional charge.
We understand that you may have your funds being deducted to Viator for this transaction, please kindly contact us and we will be handling the refund of the shortfall, if any.

This place came highly recommended by my friends so i went here with my work colleagues. Communication prior to our arrival was prompt through whatsapp. I asked if they did lomi-lomi massage and admin said all their aromatherapy massages were lomi-lomi. Didnt think to question when we arrived.
it was 2 to a room. my masseuse was this tiny lady with very strong hands. she starts off to "crack my back" which shocked me cos lomi-lomi was meant to be very relaxing. i stopped her and had my friend translate and speak to her in bahasa. she didnt know what lomi-lomi was but my friend described it to her and my masseuse then changed her style. I have to say... it was so good! not exactly lomi-lomi(where i would fall asleep at the table)... but she really got the knots out of my shoulders.
90 mins for 34sgd is a really great price.
Will definitely be back again when i come to batam.

i have been visiting kalea spa since 2017
I always went back to Kalea Spa for massage whenever i visit batam.
the massage is so good and affordable too
i feel so relax after 2 hours body massage and body scrub
I always recommend Kalea spa to my friend too
this time i brought my friend that never try body massage before
and yet she loving it .....
not only the massage is good but their costumer service is good too
their driver waited for me and my friend at batam center even though our ferry was delayed for more than 30 min.
and we reached the spa at 8.30 and yet we they still welcoming us with smile
and when we were choosing our treatment
they never say they closing at 10pm so i choose 2 hours massage
and we were finished at 11 pm which is pass their operating hours alr
and yet there still driver waiting for us to send us to our hotel
thats how good their service are
they willing to go for extra mile for their customer
thats what i love about KALEA SPA
i am going back again on 29 march

Staffs were very warm and friendly. The ginger honey drink was yummy. They even provided space if you would like to perform your solat (muslim prayers).

Kalea Spa is truly the best place to go to unwind and relax. It was my second visit there. The place were beautiful and had a lovely atmosphere. The staffs were friendly and professional. They were prompt with their replies and were very helpful. The spa have various types of spa menus to choose from at an affordable price. They also have male masseuse to attend to male customers. Two-way transportation from the ferry terminal to the spa was also provided. Service was great; definitely a top class spa! Definitely would come again :)

Very mediocre massage skills. Steps seem random rather than well skilled. The scrub felt horrible too as it was too wet leaving me feeling cold

Re about your comments about being cold, we mix the scrub with warm water so that we can apply on your body and removed it easily after the scrubbing, hence the scrub will be slightly wet. For the aircon, we will work towards adjusting the best aircon degree to suit all customers.

Booked a 3hr spa session with two of my girlfriends. Received an almost immediate booking confirmation. Staff arranged 2-way ferry transfer from Harbourfront Singapore to Batam Centre at a discounted fare, PLUS a 2-way transfer from Batam Centre to Kalea Spa. We arrived earlier than our intended slot and kind staff said we can start our spa session right away! (Subject to availability)
Room smells great and they played a light, soothing sound of Javanese flute. We were provided with disposable undies and a batik kimono to change into. During the massage, masseurs were attentive, professional and well-trained. It was the most comfortable and relaxing experience because not too long later, we three fell asleep!
At the end of the session, we were allowed to choose a complimentary beverage; soda/ Milo packets/ fruit juices from the fridge OR warm ginger tea.
On our way out, we met Fiona whom we learnt later was the owner of Kalea Spa. She overheard our conversation on “where we could have lunch”. She then instructed her driver to send us to a restaurant BEFORE finally sending us to the ferry terminal to catch our ferry home. All these without extra charges! This gesture has definitely impressed us. Kudos to “going the extra mile’ in service!
There was no hard selling of products whatsover. Just a recommendation for us to sign a free membership that entitles us to 30% off on our birthday months. Which we are SURE to return to be pampered again. Thank you so much for giving us this wonderful experience.

It started out with the booking 1 month before the session. I booked for me and my wife when i came across the promo. Spend 1.29Juta Rupiah = 120-129sgd /person and i got a 5.5hours spa treatment and on top of that i got 2 Two way transfer and 1 day land tour.
1. Batam ctr-Spa-Hotel(within city)
2. 12 hours Land Tour w driver (All Inclusive)
3. Hotel-spa-batam ctr
All of this is included for spending 1.29Juta rupiah/ person for 2 person packages. If you go more than 2. Max is 5. You can spend lesser per person to get the transport. Did i inform the transport use was Vellfire. Travel with luxury. Spacious and comfortable.
The receptionist was very accomodating in our request and changes.. Before this trip, i was looking at the review from Trip Advisor and saw the driver name Olick with all rushing i forgot to request for the driver but thank goodness, the driver was assigned to our booking.. A very friendly, honest driver.. Ask him where to get the best Layer Cake, kerepek and seafood he will gladly book and bring you there. He deserves all the compliment and praises. He is so efficient. Do ask for the driver by the name Olick and for the male therapist it will be Putra (he is very skillful)
In all, thank you Kalea spa for the amazing experience! Sorry as i have got no picture to attach here. Thank you everyone! Do send my regards to both of them!

This is my 3rd time to visit Kalea and enjoy our couple 3hrs of SPA and Massage.

Yes we have various body massages treatments and the price starts from Rp 290,000 for 1.5 hours traditional body massage. Our spa also provides two way free transport within the city center and we can arrange for a pick up for you.

My sincere apologies to have missed out your question dropped to our spa via TripAdvisor. The hotels that are near to our spa include Harris Hotel Batam Center, Aston Hotel, i Hotel Baloi, Harmoni One Hotel etc. However, we provide two way free transport within the city center hence you may stay at any hotel and we can arrange a complimentary pick up for you at your hotel or the ferry terminal.
Our recommendations for the hotel include Radisson Hotel, Best Western Hotel, Nagoya Hill Hotel, i Hotel Baloi, Grand i Hotel, Aston Hotel among others. Those hotels are all included in our free transport route.

We have our menu however I am not able to attach here.
The below are our most favorite menu at the spa:
Avocado Shine Body Spa. Steps include:
- foot bath
- body massage
- body steam
- avocado body scrub
- avocado body mask
- soak in jacuzzi
- shower
- ratus
Other than Avocado Shine, we have Green Tea Detox, Coffee Indulgence Spa and many more.
The prices for body spa starts from
Rp 650,000 nett.
Other than body spa, we have two hours aromatherapy body massage (Rp 390,000 nett), hot stone massage (Rp 460,000), facial and many more. You may visit Kalea Spa website for greater details.

Dear Envy, yes we do have transport service to and fro Montigo however there is a small charge to it given that it is outskirt of the city center (about 40 mins one way). For transport within the city center, it will then be free of charge. You can email us via our website if you would like to know more of the transport charges for Montigo bound yah.

Dear Agnes, certainly you can walk in to our spa directly. We do provide two way free transport within the city centre hence you can also call or email us and we can send our driver to pick you up at your location :)
